Very convenient hotel for those who wish to stay downtown. Walking distance to many places of interest but also to two metro stations. Everyone form the staff I had contact with was polite, friendly, and they responded promptly to our requests or questions.

The breakfast situation is a bit strange. It is served on a cafe just at the corner of the hotel's building. However, although not clearly stated when you booked, you have very limited choices for breakfast. They do a very Italian think, you choose a coffee type (espresso, cappuccino) and either a croissant or a sweet pastry. You also get a small fresh orange juice. So anything else you might want for breakfast, or second coffees, you need to pay yourself for.

It was clean and Location is perfect but we spent like 30 minutes looking for the place as there are no signs

It's not a hotel like it says, Its a guest house with no 24/hrs lobby or reception like we expected Rooms are very small

Aiello Hotel - Duomo is truly a gem! Ideal location, literally 2’ walk from Duomo and 2’ walk from Metro station. Really convenient and in such trips when you visit for 2-3 days a big city, location is everything! Anna is the best hostess, at all times available and willing to help us. Kind and friendly she made everything really easy for us. The room was clean and really warm. Not too much spacious but that was ok as we were strolling around Milan.

Just a bit small rooms but nothing to worry about.

We just picked up a croissant on the way to the airport so we didn't really take advantage of the breakfast. We loved the location--walking distance to shopping, subway, the Duomo....right in the heart of it all. Loved the air conditioning and the host was super friendly!

Check in system was a bit complicated but it worked out just fine. Communication was very important and she did an excellent job of communicating in a timely manner so that helped!

The hotel was in a central location- main shops downstairs and a very short walk to the Duomo and Galleria. Self check in was easy by following the instructions given. Bed comfortable enough.

Bathroom was very small, especially the shower. Not sure how a large person would fit. It was a little confusing at night once the main doors to the building were locked but we worked it out from the instructions.

Location, safe hotel with controlled gate. Anna the very nice receptionist. Water kettle, good and clean bed, breakfast included.

Their coffee machine was useless to say the least. It kept pouring, didn’t stop on its own. Watery taste. Please get a Nespresso coffee machine for the high room price. Fine, let the guest bring their own capsules. That’s okay with me.

Location for us 100%!!! the best. Very close to Duomo, and all the shops.

Room was very small, but ok. we arrived late, and at the night wanted to go to the city, but the gate was closed, with the key wasn’t possible to open the gate. We stayed by the door around 10-15 minutes, and can’t opened it. We texted and made a phone call to the contact person, but nobody answered, even at the morning there were no text back about how to exit from the gate. Disappointed. also breakfast was poor, and waiters in a cafe unhappy to serve us breakfast. we waited around 20 minutes for 2 coffees, but it wasn’t even busy.

The location is fantastic and the rooms are quiet inside given how close to the centre it is. Rooms are comfortable with good facilities.

Read the PDF, can be difficult to find and enter if like me you ignore instructions. Can't fault the hotel for that.

Very clean. Very central location. Good value for money. Staff (Anna) on reception was very helpful and tried to assist whenever she could. Had a wide range of facilities.

Room was quite small for two people. Bathroom was right next to reception so did not feel very private. Was initially quite difficult to find initially - instructions could have been slightly more helpful such as explaining the shops/cafe the hotel is in between and what floor it is on.

It had a very nice bathroom with a great shower which was spacious. They had provided us with shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc everything you will need for your stay. The room had a big TV with the option to watch Netflix while you rest. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. Lastly, our host Anna was very helpful and kept our luggages safe at the hotel as our flight was later in the evening. Definitely will be coming back and recommending it to anyone who wants to visit Milan!
