Overall, the hotel was great! The best two things were the location and the customer service/staff; they were great and nice to the visitors. In my opinion, these two are the most important things to have in a hotel.

Unfortunately, the rooms were very normal compared to the amount we paid. They were clean, but there were insects, unfortunately. Additionally, the breakfast was not delightful enough, and every day it was the same during our week-long stay. The bedding blankets weren’t comfortable, but the bed itself was comfortable, to be fair. One elevator was not working well (the second one), and it was scary.

Easy assess and near the shopping and food area. Located in a good location that feel safe if you are a solo traveler. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.

So far no complaints.

Location was excellent, right next to the Duomo (Cathedral) and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele (shopping centre). The rooftop pool is amazing to relax after exploring. Only small, but beautiful, with views over to the Duomo. Hotel rooms are comfortable, staff are really friendly, and the bar area is nice. Breakfast is included, and has a good choice. For a 4star hotel, this is perfect in the heart of the city. Would definitely stay again.

The only recommendation would be to have a bar, or drinks/food available at the rooftop pool area.

Nice property with excellent staff from the front desk to the restaurant.

We checked out on January 1 and the restaurant was not open for breakfast. We were not informed of this upon check in and we were quite disappointed. At check in we weee informed that breakfast was served from 7-10. While that was the case on the first day, it certainly wasn’t on the second day when we were ready for breakfast at 730. This is just a note for the property to improve. Thank you.

The location, the equipment of the rooms, the bed, and unlike the apartments rented through the same booking, the room was warm and had hot water and wi-Fi.

We got to the hotel by accident, we believed the booking advertisement about the apartments. They were taken off through booking. The reservation number is 4137341279. This has nothing to do with the hotel , the hotel is not bad . But I can't get through to Booking , so I use this platform . Formally, we paid twice for a vacation in Milan and the Booking did not figure out this situation. And he sided with the owners of the devices.

Splendid location! Right behind Rinascente and Duomo and 3 minutes from the Galleria. We spent 3 nights and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Having said that, the Duomo station is only 3 minutes away and the San Babila station is about 6 minutes away and you can take the M4 Metro from San Babila to Linate Airport which takes less than 15 minutes. Besides the great location, the property is quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful, warm and efficient. Overall, this is a great value proposition with a fantastic location.

Nothing at all ...

It was close to everything and right in the center of the city. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was also very helpful.

The elevator was super tiny and we felt like we needed to use the stairs more but there were so many stairs. That was it. Everything else was wonderful

We prefer this hotel in Milan and always choosing it for our short visits. The placement is absolutely perfect, the rooms and beds are enough comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice. For us there is no reason for looking for something else. Hope to come again soon

The unpleasant surprise during checking in was a deposit 50 euros for room for night. I thought this kind of things are in past. Will be nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

Location location location. Feet away from Duomo di Milano, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, La Scala, Rinascente, Quadrilatero della Moda (or Quad d’Oro) and amazing stores for teenagers and students. No food choice is a bad choice in this area. Feet away from a 24x7 pharmacy that sells everything you forgot or need. Clean and lovely little pool. Big towels at pool or if not available, the front desk sends someone up right away. Impressive breakfast. Rooms are small but not so small you can't move around and put down big pieces of luggage. Rooms are gorgeous with dark woods and ornate design. We had adjoining rooms that had actually had a door in between rooms. Water bottles in the room are a nice touch. Front Desk know Milan SO well that they knew obscure grassy patches for our dogs. They also gave great recommendations for food. (Try Charleston. No reservation needed and very casual (right by the Apple store...which you can't miss bc of the huge waterfall that is part of the store).

The pool was too small for anything but a quick dip. The pool depth is about 1.5 feet I think. But it was clean and beautifully designed. I chose this hotel because their booking.com profile included parking (which was one of my filters). If parking is important to you, with this property -- you either park yourself in a garage they recommend that is not on property, or you pay 50+ Euros for the valet. Also, the Italian government requires you to purchase 5 Euro vehicle "stamp"/"ticket" (I don't know what they call it) for any car that uses gasoline (including hybrid). If you are like us, and you just trekked in from Malpensa Airport, the last thing you want to do is hit the newsstand.

Excellent location, central for everything and easily accessible by metro directly from Lanate airport . There are plenty of quality cafes and restaurants opposite the hotel and in the immediate vicinity. All staff were very friendly and efficient and gave excellent service with a smile!

Nothing to complain about except that we had to call staff to adjust the lighting in our room. The problem was resolved immediately and to our satisfaction.
