Good location; generally nice staff, generally clean

We had a few minor issues during our stay. The TV was not connected to the internet, so we couldn’t access services like Netflix. When we raised this with them, they initially said it wasn’t possible to watch Netflix or Apple TV on the TV and that only Italian TV channels were available. We pointed out that their listing on Booking.com stated otherwise. After that, they sent someone to fix the issue, which they could have done from the start. Additionally, our room had a strong odor. When we complained, they moved us to another room, and everything was fine after that.

We stayed in a deluxe king room on 4th floor. Room was very spacious, large and comfortable bed, good size bathroom, lots of cupboards space and a kitchinete. The hotel is well located, 5min walk to Duomo. The reception area is relatively small and seems to be the only “common” area. No bar or restaurant.

Sound insulation from adjacent (connecting) room could be better. Breakfast is very disappointing. Terrible location in a windowless basement and the choice of food is extremely limited and not well presented.

Location is fabulous! three minute walk to the duomo and main shopping area. Room/apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The hotels greatest asset us undoubtedly their front office staff who are so welcoming, polite and helpful. All other staff members including housekeeping were also very pleasant.

The breakfast is catered for by a partner restaurant next door and whilst the choice of items is fantastic, they seem to be understaffed/disorganised. Several times, there were no plates and/or cutlery available and we had to wait quite some time for coffee.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made all the difference and truly elevated my stay. The room was fantastic spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was everything I could have hoped for in a home away from home, offering both style and relaxation. I highly recommend Duomo Hotel & Apartments. The amazing staff and comfortable accommodations made my stay in Milan unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning

The only drawback was that there was painting maintenance on the floor during my stay, which I wasn’t informed about beforehand. While this was a bit disruptive, it didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience, thanks to the impeccable service and comfort the hotel provided.

Location and the host are extremely amazing to deal with. We had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful, particularly Pemal (hope I spelled his name correctly) who was helpful at every request or query we made and had a wonderful warm personality. Staff in the breakfast area were also very helpful to f not slightly overrun!

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but we thought the breakfast area needs another direct service person. The girl in the area was covering hot drinks, clearing tables and other requests. Obe more person plus maybe letting people get their own tea could make a big difference. To be clear we weren’t impacted but we could see some customers slightly frustrated?

The place was amazing! High quality spacious deluxe room with all the amenities needed. Super comfortable bed with pillows. Heated towel rack with luxury soaps and creams. TV with a variety of channels. Location is walking distance to Duomo Milan and luxury shopping district. We also found a halal Turkish kebab spot around the corner, all within proximity. Superb!

AC had troubleshooting but might be the time of year (mid to end October). We ended up opening the windows and the cool breeze was nice!

The Property was located right in the Center just 3 walking minutes from Duomo Milano and nearby is a wonderful breakfast place. The Staff was friendly, very helpful and forthcoming. We had the Prestige Room which was the nicest looking Room a have ever stayed it with amazing amenities like a coffee machine, water cooker, a private kitchen, wardrobe, a comfortable bed, sofa and table are very classic luxury-like and the bathroom was stunning! My go-to place when I am in Milano in the future!! 100% recommendation!

Everything was just on point, there was nothing to not like

The hotel has been refurbished and is attractive. Its location is just a few minutes from Piazza Duomo, La Scala, Brera and other attractions. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The room had a kitchenette including a refrigerator and microwave. The staff were helpful in storing our luggage while we went to Cinque Terre for two nights, and also when we needed to hire a car to drive us to the airport.

The lighting at the bathroom sink was poor although the rest of the bathroom facilities were good.

Brilliant location, lovely room and great staff. A 5 minute walk from the Duomo which is a super well connected area to the rest of the city. Room was modern and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful with any requests and the reception desk is really well staffed, there was always someone there to help.

When we first arrived the bed was a double when we had asked for twin. The hotel had no notes of my request however and rectified it straightaway. I’d recommend any specific requests are fed to the hotel ahead of your stay rather than through booking.com as not sure why the request was never received by the hotel.
