I liked the atmosphere of the hotel, and the room was clean and bigger than expected. Lovely staff, and a delicious breakfast! Very close to the central station. The room had everything you could need - from a shower, an extra toothbrush and toothpaste, a blow dryer, towels, wifi, bidet, a tv, and even a balcony. I also liked the interior of the hotel; the hallway, specifically, haha.

The bathroom was a little small; when I opened the door all the way it crashed into the bidet. But that was not a problem, really. Just something I noticed.

Hotel Salerno is a very simple hotel but the staff is so kind and friendly. We were only there for one night on our way home but they were so helpful in trying to book us a dinner reservation and gave us free macchiatos in the morning. It’s very easy access from the train station and close to other public transportation. I would definitely stay there again

The mattresses could have been better but it’s a relatively inexpensive hotel so I wasn’t expecting a very fancy mattress.

A perfect place to spend a couple of days specially if you need to be close to the central station area. You can also find a bunch of restaurants, small supermarkets and some nice cafes nearby. Staff are really helpful and you will receive room service everyday. It was a nice little surprise to see toothbrush and slippers in the room. Another nice touch was about a computer placed in the lobby/stairways area which guests can use in case of need. We didn't get the breakfast so, I cannot say anything about that. We will be back again for sure.

This hotel was simple but very convenient for us as it is at walking distance to the central station and we travelled by train. The reception staff was very nice and allowed me a late check-out at no additional cost. Wifi worked well. The terrace is very pretty. Our room was facing the terrace and it was very calm at night which was great.

Room rather small and simple (e.g. no fridge, no hairdryer -but I didn't ask, maybe it would have been possible to get one), bathroom a little old, but really OK for two nights. Just don't understand why the cleaning staff changes the towels and even throws away the open soap every day! (but seems to be the case in many places in Italy?)

Staff checking in was so friendly for our late evening arrival and kind despite our crying babies with the jetlag!

This was a great choice. The neighborhood is ethnic so plenty of unique food choices along with classic Italian go to's. We had a blast, I would return.

The staff was wonderful and really helped us out. Had to leave very early so it was nice they have a 24hr desk. We needed to be near the train station and still get into the city. The beds were comfy and nice shower. Really can't complain.

I liked the polite stuff and the fact that it was near two metro stations. You could go everywhere around Milan quickly and easily. It was really clean and warm in November when it was chilly outside. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. The breakfast wasreally nice with great cappuccino.

Some of the furniture was a bit cracked probably by moisture. I would like the breakfast buffet to include some savory options.

We had a very nice stay. The staff were great and most welcoming and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable and it was all very clean. Location wise it was perfect for us as we needed to be close to the train station.
