Property is on a very good place, directly to the metro station, in just 2 stops from duomo and 15 minutes walk from central station. The double room with shower was equipped very well and had all the amenities, also you can use kitchen equipped with everything. They don’t use the key, you enter in the building with the special code that is fantastic, same works with the room.

During check in we were asked for the city tax payment, while on the reservation is written that the price included all the taxes and charges. It has to be written

They checked me in early in the morning at once when I just came. They clear everything, bathrooms and kitchen are clean. The metro station is just a few steps from the hostel and the central railway station is about 20 min. of walk.

They need to hang hooks in the bathroom so one can hang towels and clothes. Also I was provided 3 different codes to enter the building, hostel itself and the room. When I came back in the evening I couldn't find the paper with the codes so I called and they of course let me come in. Probably it’s better to give 1 code for everything not to get confused which one for what.

Clean room, bathroom and kitchen. Friendly staff. Easy Check-In. Very Good place for sleeping a night or two.

One or two hooks to hang up a jacket etc. would be nice. (If you search for a hostel with a cozy atmosphere to have a nice evening this is not the place for you. But otherwise I recommend this hostel. Would go there again.)

I told the venue, in advance, that due to issues with my left knee that climbing is/was not an option. I was assigned to a five bed (female only) room...my bed was a very comfortable twin size bed, next to a window (big beautiful windows that opened for fresh air and a comedic view of the downstairs roundabout) with a side table, complete with a table lamp and charging spot.

The directions were not as clear as I would have liked (that's really on me and the language barriers.) Also, not the fault of the hosts, one of my roommates decided to shower after the rest of us had bedded down for the evening. Wouldn't have been a big deal, except she left her table light on for almost two hours while she showered, snacked, and repacked for her morning departure. She had plenty of time to do that in the two hour time frame before the rest of us were going to La Land. The area surrounding the hostel is non stop action and noise...so, be prepared with earplugs.

In a good location, 15 min walk from milano centrale station. Further from the city and main attractions but was a nice 45 min walk to get to know the city. My friend and I stayed in a private room and it felt like a hotel it was really nice, with a comfortable bed. The owner did washing for us for €10 which was a bonus. Bathrooms were lovely and very modern, again felt like a hotel as they were singular bathrooms. Kitchen was nice however oven was broken during our stay.

Nice stay in a good location for a fair price. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, including Jonny & William. Well equipped & clean kitchen area, which includes laundry machine (cleaning staff should be happy to help, free of charge). Plenty of shared bathrooms & showers. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms with personal lockers, and great views from the 8th floor.

There was no lounge/communal area, so I spent a lot of time working and hanging out in the kitchen. Shower water was generally warm, but would go cold rather quickly.

The place is located close to the train station which was convenient for me. I'm not usually a fan of remote/online check in systems but it did work well there was no delay in receiving the door code. The hostel is impeccably clean, I don't think I've ever seen a hostel so clean.

I almost didn't have anything bad to say about the hostel, until I couldn't have a hot shower. I tried several bathrooms, no hot water. And because there are no staff, there's no one to ask about it.

Hostel is near the Loreto metro station which can take you anywhere you want to go in Milan in a short time. Check-in process was quick and easy. The hostel was clean and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and shiny the washrooms were (whoever is cleaning those washrooms deserve a raise). Unfortunately, I had allergic reactions to the sheets. I'm sure they were clean (they looked very white and were well pressed when I arrived), it's maybe the detergent that I was sensitive with. There was an unfortunate incident when I was woken up by 2 of the ladies with whom I was sharing a room with at around 5am and they brought 2 guys to our room. 1 of the guys even laid on one of the beds until I had to call them out that it was an all ladies room. Would've been good if there was someone from the hostel around even at that time, especially since it was a peak weekend because of F1 (bringing it up as a suggestion). Overall, I had a pleasant stay in the hostel and will still recommend it to others.

Really well located, short walk to Milano Centrale station (with trains directly to and from Malpensa airport) which made getting there really easy. Facilities were great and much more private than other hostels I’ve stayed in which was super nice, always kept really clean too. Staff were really friendly when interacting. Great stay, highly recommend!

Only thing I could maybe fault was that the pillow I slept on was very thin and wasn’t very noticeable, but this seems pretty consistent in hostels, and for the price I was unbothered
