About half an hour walk from the city centre and next to a metro station with two lines. The hotel was clean, safe and had a good breakfast. We had a problem with our safety deposit box on the first night and they fixed it first thing the next morning. The room was cleaned every morning with the beds made, and we had fresh towels/bedding at least twice.

There was some noise from the metro underneath the building. It didn’t bother us too much but might bother some people.

Great location with Loreto metro station just around the corner, and there is also a grocery store that is open until late. Our room was on the first floor, facing the inner courtyard and it was quite quiet, except for one night when the workers were unloading something from a truck at 3 to 4 in the morning! The room was very spacious, clean and tidy, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast is modest, but suficient. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff is super friendly, always with the smile on their face and ready to help at any time. We would definitely come back!

Due to its location, the room was quite dark, but we didn't stay in it during the day anyway, so it didn't bother us!

We liked the room, it was a decent room, clean and tidy. I think it is good for short stay. The staff were nice and friendly. The metro station is just a couple of steps away from the building.

The only thing I hated was the street cleaning truck cleaning the street in the middle of the night, it was extremely noisy. But it was for a couple of minutes. Plus, there is constantly noise coming from the bus stop nearby. The windows are not completely sound proof. Noise is one of the major problems, that’s why. for short, stay I think it is very good.

Location. Very close to the central station. Walked 15 mins. Metro just behind the corner. 5 stops to Duomo. Lots of shops arround. Supermarket just downstairs . Asked for a kettle and got it with no problem. Live my own coffee in the morning The room was ok to sleep. As we were out all days.

Was told at check-in that there would be a hot breakfast, too. But it wasn't. Just had one. The rest i bought in the shop and made my own coffee in the room.

The hotel was quite welcoming and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Room was comfortable, but it could improve a bit, in terms of linen and furniture quality. This is my second visit, and the main reason is the central location, at Metro Loretto, where two main Metro lines cross and gives you access to most of Milan.

The comfort of the linen and furniture could be better. I left a sign saying do not disturb while I was out (since I didn't want someone to come to the room every day to renew towels or move things while it was quite unpacked), but they didn't seem to respect it.

Great location, close to Milan Centrale station, and there are a number of good eateries nearby. Loreto subway station is also literally on the doorstep, enabling you to link in with the M1 and M2 lines and get around the city easily. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is adequate to set you up for the day ahead. Room was clean, tidy and relatively quiet.

Small bug bear, but would have been nice to have instructions when the booking was confirmed about needing to call the intercom to be allowed into the hotel. I arrived quite late at night and was unfamiliar with this.

The hotel is right in the center of Milan, very easy to take the metro from right around the corner. There is also a grocery shop right by that metro. I was able to have hot water in the morning without charge. The staff at reception was very helpful in letting me get rid of my suitcase that had broken. Overall a very good option to stay in Milan city center, would recommend.

the staff was nice and helpful, the location was excellent. walkable to city center about 20 minutos looking around stores, restaurants and cafeterias, or you can take the train M1 from the hotel to city centre. the train is right there at the hotel. the breakfast was good, there was a variety to choose. the location is safe, anyway, you have to be careful anywhere, I definitely I will recommend this hotel.

The easy access to the metro system was awesome… Loreto station is steps away. The staff were helpful - Ruby was amazing in the breakfast room!! Breakfast had many options and provided a great start to our long, hot days. For a family of 4, the room was spacious. The minibar fridge kept our waters and drinks cold. After a long hot day visiting the city, coming back to an air conditioned room was great!!

It was different having a hotel on the 2nd floor of a larger building, but the security of being buzzed in was also a nice security feature. If you have a car, the drop off is a bit challenging if someone is parked in the loading zone.

It's located in a central location by the train station. Very easy to get around. The hotel is located in a building that has other businesses (I believe), but not an issue. The staff spoke English and easy to communicate with. To come into the hotel, you have to ring in, but not an issue. Close to everything. The train station is right across the street with plenty of cafes around for your morning cappuccines.
