Staff were very courteous. They looked after our bags, provided masks for public transport, and were very responsive to all housekeeping requests. The family room arrangements were a nice touch, locating us at the end of the corridor behind a lockable door which meant we could keep the two room doors open.

It could be better connected. Three or more tram routes surround the property, though when Metro line 4 opens, it will be much quicker to use Milan excellent public transport

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location suited us perfectly well. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel has a nice charm. The gym was better than some other hotel gyms.

The rooms were quite cold and no irons available, only a steamer machine which is not easy to use.

Very nice hotel, room was lovely and a bonus to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Staff at reception were very helpful and a wide selection and breakfast.

Air conditioning only went down to 21 degrees so the room was a bit warm for me.

It was clean and quiet. The downstairs restaurant was nicely decorated and served good drinks

The male receptionist was cold and unrespectful, he almost laughed in our faces a couple of times. He did not bother to explain anything to us we had to ask loads of questions to which he gave short replies. Absolutely unacceptable

Hotel is conveniently located in city centre. Staff at reception and cafe are friendly, helpful and prompt. Rooms are well appointed, relatively new furniture, very good bathroom, good amenities, comfortable mattress, quiet room. Very good spread of breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

Was not very happy with the room planning. I had selected this category based on photos and description but the room allotted was of a different layout with a divider between the bed and study table. Room appeared very constricted with very less space to move around. could have been better planned as shown in the photos. No lounge chair to relax, only a study table with chair behind a partition.

Hotel is situated in a great location in city centre. Staff are polite and helpful with prompt response. Cleanliness is maintained overall in the rooms and public areas. Rooms are well appointed with new furniture, comfortable mattress, wardrobe, bathroom. Good quality toiletries provided. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of options available to choose from.

For the size of the room, it could have been better planned. With the partition dividing the bed and study, there is very little space to move around. Feels very constricted. I had chosen this category based on the photos shown but was disappointed to be allotted another type, though the size was the same.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Air-conditioning!! (so important in summer now). Very nice breakfast, good selection, excellent coffee. We did not use the restaurant for dinner but saw what people were eating and it looked good. Relatively close to center, not super close but you can take a tram to many places, stops just around the corner.

Shower may leak. The cabin does not have rims, it's sort of flat so if don't watch it and if the drain is a bit slow (water pressure is good so you get lots of water) the water will pour on the floor in the bathroom. We had that happening and it was a mad rush cleaning up. So just be careful with the shower, nothing can be done until they renovate and change shower cabins.

Our 4-night stay was perfect...The design & decoration of the hotel was contemporary in style & was immaculate...I requested a particular room accommodation, that this hotel had available, on the 3rd floor, back of the hotel, quiet & away from traffic street noise. It was a two-connecting room suite, w/doors separating each bedroom w/a small hallway in between, each had it own lovely bathroom w/shower as well... I had reserved this particular 2-bdrm / 2-bath suite, because I snore, so not to disturb my wife, who is a very light sleeper...The rooms were perfect, each having its own TV, refer & coffee maker...The buffet breakfast was delicious & the downstairs dining areas were inviting as well...The hotel property was facing a busy road, but in a nice residential neighborhood, but the building was well insulated...It's locale was a 10 min walk to the Vittoria Emanuel Galleria & the Duomo Piazza, within the midst of the big city of Milan...Highly recommend staying there...

Absolutely nothing !!

Fabulous modern hotel located 15 minutes from Duoma square. We had a lovely clean room with a very spacious bathroom and shower. Staff were very friendly. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Tasty cocktails at the bar served with a smile.

The coffee making facilities in the room could have been better. We were only given one sachet of coffee which wasn’t replaced once used. I would have expected a nespresso machine for the cost of the hotel.

the hotel was well managed with helpful and knowledgeable staff, clean and rooms were well appointed and everything worked as described. The staff recommended some great restaurants in Rome which is where our next destination was. we went to that restaurant as soon as we arrived in Rome, and we had a lovely meal!
