Hostel is very nice, well kept and in a very convenient but quiet location. The cafe downstairs is a very nice touch and useful, the kitchen on the top floor and the terrace as well. Washrooms are clean, as is everything else. The prices are reasonable, and you can book breakfast for a few € too.

The power sockets and reading lights at the bedside are placed in the wrong location, near your feet instead of your head. More lockers for storing luggage before check in or after check out would be nice.

- Location is good ( a bit hidden if u don't have google maps working) - Lots of restaurants n bars around ( 10 mins walking) - neighbourhood is good / safe / clean - beds are comfortable - toilet is great n even they have a bidet ( surprising to me ) - downstairs bar is good, allow u to be bring your own food n drinks - got early check it - shelf beside the bed

- one of the reception on the day of checking in, advised that my reservation is the other day , insisted on it, then when i showed her my receipt ( fully paid ) and my reservation confirmation from booking, she took around extra 30 mins to confirm with the help of one of her colleague, she had a huge issue dealing with the PC - heater in the room ( 6 beds dorm / 2nd floor ) was broken, leeps heating all the time, sometimes the room was seriously hot

It was 100% right choice. The hostel has great location, 10 min walking to Duomo. The dorms are very clean and all public areas are maintained in high hygiene. Hostel provides all services that every traveller might need ( lockers for which u don't need lock, amazing bar where u can have nice breakfast or drinks in the evening, drop off your bags for free!!! After check out). All this of course matter. But... people make this place so special. Jerry and Italo thank you for this welcoming and hospitable atmosphere!!! You are amazing! All the staff are nice and smiling. Looking for meeting you again. Ciao. BEST WISHES, Ana🇲🇩

The hostel is located in about 10-15 minutes walk from Duomo and is very near to the tram stop, I had no problem getting here even after midnight. The staff was friendly and totally helpful, card access system is very convenient. Room was amazing, with very secure personal storage, great bathroom and overall comfy bed. My neighbours were great, I even almost missed check-out cause we were chatting :) There is a luggage storage room that also has storage units but be sure to bring your own lock. I didn't have one so left my backpack as is and it was fine.

The only downside was how thin the duvet and pillow were. I do love a high pillow, so for most people it will be fine I think but as for the duvet, for some reason it got cold in the room at night (I visited mid-October and overall weather was fine but maybe someone opened a window or turned on the AC, can't be 100% sure as I was exhausted) so I had to pull my coat over duvet for additional warmth.

Very nice location, good price, friendly staff. Pretty good and cheap breakfast and also cheap bar.

Hard policy of cancellation. My friend couldn’t have come because of a strike and I very kindly asked the straff to consider not taking a 100% of payment from him, the staff was very helpful and they gave me a email to describe the situation and they promised me to consider that case but my friend got a reply within a hour that it is a policy and a 100% charge will be applied (even though his bed was untouched and ready for a new guest). I honestly think they didn’t even read that message. To me it is very unclear why being that strict on that. Next time I’ll probably book another hotel only because of this matter.

The hostel has a good location, my priority is to be able to walk everywhere and it was just 15 min to Duomo area. The room, sheets and bathroom was so clean and the female room has a pretty big bathroom so I didn’t even need the other showers. Hostel has a bar downstairs and the reception was open 24/7, there was always somewhere to have coffee or an employee to help you with everything you need. I didn’t use but the kitchen and terrace area was really good, people were preparing dinners, you’ll have everything you need upstairs. I have to say the best part of the hostel was to meet Ashley, she was the best employee I’ve ever met! :) She helped me with my plans, she was a great friend on my birthday and as a solo traveller she made me feel like at home.. Thank you Ashley, see you next time! :)

It is a very interesting building. There was an en-suite shower room in the dorms but also extra shower/toilets in the corridor if yours is in use. The mattress was very comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance of some of the main attractions and with great transport links.

Although the mattress was comfortable, the design of the bunk bed was not. It was made of metal and so the rungs on your feet were uncomfortable. The ladder was slanted backwards and the top bunk didn’t have bars on the end of the bed so nothing to grab on to, all this made it difficult to climb on top. The hostel has a laundry room but only staff are allowed to use it. If you want to do laundry it can take 24hrs for them to wash your clothes and mine came back shrunk and just thrown in the bag, not folded. If you have time, find a self-service laundromat or a proper place that will do a service wash.

The reception was really nice and friendly and they were so helpful. Even when i have to check out they let me stay longer to charge my phone at the cafeteria so it was full charged and helped me to store all the luggage=). And for me they were always happy and open for any problems and solution. Very good hostel!

The food was okey same as the breakfast but in the breakfast is was only "sugar"/unhealthy stuff like white bread, cereal, croissant, nutella .... Me i would love to have some food that you can stay half day without have to eat next hour. Like dark bread, banana, Apple, orange, oat meal .... Otherwise nice and okey breakfast.

I stayed in the 6-bed female dorm - it was clean, spacious and good to have a private bathroom. Friendly staff, nice bar area with a decent happy hour. The location is quiet and safe with good links by public transport to the main sights in Milan.

Top bunk was difficult to get in and out of because there’s no frame at the end of the bed. A/C in the dorm doesn’t reach up to the top bunks making them hot and stuffy. There’s a cool terrace and kitchen area on the 3rd floor, but this is unfortunately let down by how dirty and messy it is. The 2EUR hire for the towel is not returned when you give the towel back.
