What was cool about Camplus was that it felt like a mix between a hotel and a student residence. At the time of our stay in mid-June we did see there were some university students staying in the building but that did not bother us at all. The room we got on the 6th floor was VERY spacious. Lots of desk and closet space, a comfy couch and a comfy bed, too. The washroom was also large and clean. We were visiting Italy for our honeymoon and when we arrived, they treated us to chocolates and coffee treats which we thought was a very nice gesture (thank you!). The buffet breakfast was amazing. They served a large variety of food from baked goods to fruits to cereals which we were very impressed with. They also had the option to sit indoors or outdoors to eat which we liked very much. The location itself was more residential so it was not as hectic or loud at night for a peaceful sleep. Finally the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and open to offering their suggestions on what to see in Milan and how to get around.

The location was a bit out of the way of the main attractions/downtown Milan but the subway system made it easier to get around and the nearest station was about a 10 min walk from the building.

Central location. It's a 5-minute walk to the metro station. Quiet neighborhood. There's a night market nearby. Very friendly, helpful staff especially the receptionist at check-in. Clean room, reasonable space for a double room. Shower cabin is a bit tight, but okay. Water pressure is good. There is a bidet. Good-sized closet with drawers. Comfortable bed. Big windows. There is blackout curtain for long summer daylight.

The airconditioning system is centralized. You cannot go below 23degC. Apparently, a law imposed within the city of Milan (according to the receptionist). So when it gets really, really hot on summer days -- I don't know. Just try to get some sleep :) For us, it's late spring season, so it's still acceptable. Breakfast is sufficient for the price -- limited/the same stuff everyday-- but not bad at all.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner options are available and it's good value for money. The location is quiet and peaceful yet it is not too far from the Milano central station or Duomo. A relaxed environment with good facilities made for a memorable stay.

Everything was good. But it would be even better if the room had an electric kettle with sugar, tea and coffee pouches etc. The washroom could have hair shampoo and moisturizer.

Very good hotel. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast was very good, with different sort of warm and cold food and good coffee. (one strange thing was that some of the food items like croissant was served over counter and you have to ask for them. But this is small thing ) Very friendly staff. rooms were clean and the facilities were very good.

One thing about the elevator , although a small thing. I don't know what was wrong with the elevator, but when you enter it, you have to wait like 30 seconds for that to move. Not just us, I also saw other guests get bored with the sluggish elevator. Location was not the best. although ok . It is like 400 or 500 meter to the Metro, so in general, I would say no complaint about the location.

The room was very neat and the staff cleaned it every day. It also had enough space and it was comfortable. In terms of location, it was convenient to take the metro to the city center and also to Fiera Milano. Staff was friendly and the guy at the reception was very helpful.

Unfortunately, the walls were very thin and sleep was disturbed because of that. Breakfast clearly did not have enough alternative choices (meat, fresh product). Not a single fresh product except a bowl of fruit. I suggest that you add fresh cucumbers and tomatoes to your selection. If you want to eat a lot of bread, this breakfast is suitable for you. You also have to take into account that you have to stand in line at the bistro for breakfast.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, they gave us some recommendations for nearby stores and cafes. It's pretty easy to find, less than a 10 min walk to the metro station, from which it's very easy to get to the most popular tourist places. The room was clean and tidy, with enough space to put our stuff etc.

Breakfast was good, but not a lot of food variations, mostly just sweet breakfasts, would be nice to have more non-sweet options

Location was good, facilities were ok. Staff was as you’d expect. We appreciated that the cleaning staff did not “make order” in our belongings, but instead left them untouched.

Expensive for the offerings. For example: - the “double” bed was comfortable, but it consisted of two single beds put together. - Breakfast was good, but was not much varied. At the same time, we can’t really complain. Overall, there’s nothing we can complain much about, but we expected more for the money. Breakfast till 9:30 AM, or 10 AM on weekends. Checkout at 10 AM, which created an unneeded pressure.

Modern room with a quite comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The breakfast was typical continental + Italian, so it was perfect to start your day. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The metro station is not that close, but not too far also, from the hotel and it provides great connectivity to the central and eastern parts of the city.

Only downside was that the options for dinner at the cafeteria are quite restricted, but this should be expected for a building whose main purpose is providing student accommodation.

A modern, clean and comfy hotel. The breakfast buffet was tasty and diverse. The room was getting properly cleaned in a daily basis after we were walking out of the hotel. The district was quiet, although it is also used as a student's dormitory. There is a free parking lot, otherwise you have to walk 10min at most from the metro station (Turro). Only drawback for me was that the room had no balcony. Just a nice, useful aluminum window.

+ Very clean and silent + very comfortable + cooling was good + wifi was fast

- elevator was too busy especially in the mornings - the usage of the towels should be explained - breakfast must be improved. Choices was very limited. More international choices should be added. Hard boiled eggs, more cheese types etc. Also bacon and croissants should be included in all you can eat type
