We did not have breakfast at hotel Atena. So, I cannot make any comment on that. Location was fine. Room size was okay but it could be better if it was a bit bigger. Cleanliness was great.

All the receptionist were very polite and helpful. Only one of the promissed us to book a taxi the noght before our departure day, but had not done it. It caused us some stress as there was noone at reception before 8am. The problem ot resolved as soon as the receptionist turned up at 8am. He booked us a taxi and luckily we got to the airport on time.

Excellent value for the standards of the facilities and the location. The hotel is in an elegant building in Milan city centre, just 3-4 minutes from a metro station. Breakfast also is excellent value. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I needed a plug adaptor and they provided it.

The shower did not have a shower head holder or a shelf, which made using the shower a bit awkward. Shampoo is provided in single-use pouches, which do not look particularly eco-friendly and are not enough for washing hair. Towels are changed every day, which is very hygenic but a bit heavy on the environment.

Hotel located quite close to city centre. Nice building with elevator. Staff was very kind and helpful - they let us leave the baggage after checkout. Room was smaller than it looked on photos, but clean and with working AC. There was an iron machine available. It was also possible to buy cold beverages in the hotel.

Room looked smaller than on photos. Water pressure in the bathroom was quite low. It would be nice to have any hanger in the bathroom.

I think it’s the best hotel for this price. I had to spend just one night in Milan and I didn’t want to rent an expensive hotel, because I was planning to be out most of the time. First of all, the location was perfect – very nice and safe neighborhood. Secondly, the staff was very helpful and friendly. And the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. So, overall I was happy with my choice.

The doors in the rooms are very thin, so it’s pretty noisy if someone walking late at the hall, you can hear everything.

This hotel is very nice and very well maintained. The location is very safe, the neighborhood is very nice and clean. The hotel offers all the facilities that it mentions on its website and the staff is always very helpful and friendly.

I have no complaints. The staff was very helpful. I even had a problem since I didn't have a suitable converter to plug in my cell phone, but the staff kindly provided me with a converter and helped me solve this problem.

The breakfast would have been better if it had more vegan options.

All workers are really friendly People. Hotel's location is perfect just 2 minutes to 3 number tram and M4 metroline so you can go to duomo just 20 min by transportation and 30 minutes around by foot. They keep my bag inside of the hotel when I go outside to explore city. Hotel's balcony is really good , you can see the beautiful avenue. You can stay here with no doubts. Price is also okay for Milano.

The staff were very lovely and welcoming, easily spoke English with us as we couldn't speak Italian, and were happy to help with any of our queries, e.g. helping us arrange a taxi. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was particularly modern and nice. Breakfast was simple but nice. Everything was good value for money. Also a good distance from the centre; walkable or instant access to the tram.

The room and especially the sheets/blankets were a little dated.

Faultless. Beautiful location. A lovely entrance courtyard and hallway and a nice view from our balcony. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. Great value for money and friendly staff who spoke English which helped with questions. The hotel is across the street from a tram stop that heads into the centre of the city. However tourist's need to buy an ATM ticket which you can only get from Tabbachis or the Metro which I s a 7 minutes walk. Regardless, it's not far from public transport and is a lovely Italian area.

There was a large step in the room that we had to step up to enter the bathroom, there could have been a warning or a light that meant I wouldn't stub my toe. Apart from that I cannot fault anything else.
