My stay at the Indigo Hotel in Milan was nothing short of perfect. The hotel exudes a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The decor is modern yet warm, creating a comfortable environment to unwind after a day of exploring the city. One of the standout features of the Indigo Hotel is its fantastic location. Nestled in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, I found myself just a stone's throw away from the main attractions of Milan. It was incredibly convenient to step out and explore the city's rich culture, shopping, and dining options. The staff were also exceptional, always ready to assist and ensure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend the Indigo Hotel for anyone looking for a charming place to stay in Milan. It's the perfect blend of comfort, location, and hospitality!

The hotel was stunning, especially the center area, AMAZING. Staff was great, super helpful in everything and very quick in the requests from the rooms, they even brought tooth paste which not many hotel provided, and high quality brand. Only negative note is the size of the room which was pretty small for a double, but understandable in the position and the space constraints. But the room was very beautiful and mini bar very equipped. My hotel of choice for Milan.

The size of the room I believe is a bit too small. But nothing so important or to not make me come back. And just if you want to be picky the scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold and not that great.

This hotel is simply fantastic. The staff are super friendly (shout out to Simone & Youssef who were just great at taking care of us at breakfast - which is also by the way excellent, plenty of choice to set up visitors for a day’s sightseeing). The location is excellent - about a 10 minute walk from the Duomo and maybe 20 minutes or so from Castello Sforzesco, with plenty of high end shops close by. Corso Monforte on which the hotel sits is a one-way street, we were allocated a room at the back of the hotel so no outside noise to disturb us, though there was little traffic on the street during our stay anyway. The rooms are very nice, well-sized and beautifully decorated and amenities are brilliant. There’s also a small Carrefour supermarket close by for any snacks etc needed. About 30 minute walk from Milan Centrale station, where the airport bus from Bergamo dropped us, very easy to find our way to the hotel. We would definitely go back to Milan and honestly wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else, it’s such a fantastic hotel and as I’ve said the staff are brilliant. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Milan in August is very hot but that’s to be expected. One thing we hadn’t considered was mosquitoes, so got some bites, would recommend bringing insect repellent, which we’d do next time. But as far as the hotel goes, it’s just perfect. Couldn’t fault it at all.

The property’s location is excellent and is dog friendly, in such a way that you can take him in to the breakfast area. There is a beautiful patio filled with art and plants, an oasis to relax and enjoy your meal. But the highest rate goes to the staff: just perfect service! No matter how small the request, they took care immediately of every need with a smile and professional attitude, from the waiters (like Youssef) to the reception. Especially Olena (if I remember the name right) from the front desk made our stay memorable. As they say, what enriched your life’s experiences, are the people you meet on the way.

The only improvement I could suggest, would be to improve the lighting in the room and bathroom. The bedroom is rather dark, especially in the evening and the bathroom’s light works with a sensor. Not practical at all.

The location of this hotel is great - not too close where the bustle of crowds is overwhelming and not too far where walking everywhere wasn't possible. The room was uniquely decorated, and the French doors gave the room an extra dose of charm. Although I stayed during the winter, the attached patio from the bathroom was a beautiful touch and it was unfortunate it was too cold to enjoy. The room, balcony and breakfast/restaurant area made it feel like you were in a completely different part of the city entirely.

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the entry/lobby - it felt cold and disconnected in style and warmth from the rest of the hotel including the rooms, the bar/lounge, restaurant and breakfast area. When I arrived, I walked back out of the hotel to make sure I had arrived at the place I had booked. Not a huge deal - but I'm always surprised when the lobby aesthetic is so disconnected from the style of the rest of the hotel.

We had an experience with Bed Bugs

A beautiful gem not too far from the duomo or ring 1. But the hotel is surrounded by design shops which is great for us. Cutely designed room with a hallway. Beautiful breakfast area. Super chic with lots of beautiful home accessories. Helpful staff and always polite.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear conversations from the other room. Also, our room faces the breakfast area so it can get a bit loud at times.

Very comfortable and well-equipped room; comfortable armchairs to relax in and good storage spaces; comfortable beds. Excellent location within walking distance of the Duomo. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. We didn't take breakfast so cannot comment about that, but we did have an excellent meal via room-service.

Only minor points: the street outside was sometimes a little noisy, it took us a while to figure out how the shower worked and the shower-head was rather low for a tall person. Rooms are a little on the expensive side.

Very clean hotel with a comfortable bed. Great room, housekeeping were great & great amenities provided in the room.

Particular receptionist gave off odd vibes and wasn’t great to deal with. Was quite dismissive when we spoke to him, which was quite disappointing. Location wasn’t the best for other parts that Milan has to offer. Was good for the Duomo & shopping centre.

The reception was very welcoming. All the staff was very helpful. The open courtyard area was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy my morning coffee. The room was so beautifully decorated, very clean bathrooms, the turn down service is a nice touch.

I felt like the room didn’t have enough light. Some overhead ceiling lights would be helpful or an extra floor lamp near the bed area.
