The location its very good. This little old train takes u to downtown Milan in half an hour, and its 2 minutes walking from Hotel. On the way back we took a bus, that its faster and stops on the street behind the hotel, 5 minutes walking, super fine. The fact the Hotel has free parking was a great deal for us. The owner received us super well, even though he doesnt spesk any other language than italian, we were able to communicate usinh google translator. I asked if there was a microwave to warm it up milk for my one year old baby, he kindly did. The room is simple but confortable, and clean. Theres a coffe machine at reception, where u can help yourself. If you arrive earlier than check in time, theres a room he allows us to leave the luggage, in our case, one from the 3 rooms we booked was ready, so we left all luggage in this one and went to the city. Theres a market close by. People complain about the noise from trains passing by, but that didnt bother us. Overall very good stay, would stay there again for sure.

As said rooms are simple, no coffee machine or water boiler… but since the owner managed to warm it up the milk when I asked, that was awesome. No elevator of course. Even though didnt bother us, need to say that is noise from trains passing by. If you stay in a room close to the reception, it can be loud, hearing people coming and go and talking at the reception. That was what bothered me the most, trying to sleep at 23:30 and people talking loud in the reception, I have to open the door from my room and ask them to be not that loud.

Extremely nice and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Very good bathroom with window and shower facility.

The hotel is along the tram and buses lines thus the noise in our room was very loud from early morning to night. The area doesn't have a close café to balance the absence of breakfast in the structure.

The first thing I liked was the staff! Check in wasn’t until later and he let us in hours before so sweet oh the staff honestly!! He said they had already cleaned so that it was fine, and I believe him,they cleaning ladies were always polite and I can tell they were always hardworking. Plus the room was super clean when i got it

I didn’t LOVE the location, but hey what can you do. Although many of trains were very easy to get and take you to the Milan CathedrAl :) loved that as well as it took us to he train station to leave Milan. There is also a super market right next door ! That was a bonus and a really cool thrift store down the street

The room had enough space; there was separate bathroom possesing even shower gel. Beds were comfortable; conditionier is working. It was a nice room talking about cheap accomodation. I liked it, would reccomend it. Tram line was really neraby, right outside the hotel going straight to the city centre - it takes some time but it is fun to travel in old vagon with local Italians.

There was a shortage of toilet paper - so we had to use our own; the room was not very very clean. Despite of staff member being really friendly. There didnt like the temperature at the room and wanted the staff member to deal with conditionier - unfortunately he didnt speak English, my fried tried to communicate to him in Spanish, finally we came to the solution to translate everything into Italian on Google Translate... However, he still instisted what he didnt understand Italian either :) It was quite funny though, but sometimes it may cause some problems. However, we managed to communicate with him somehow.

Its a great price and great location to explore milan, there is a tram stop right outside your hotel and from there it is only a 30 minute ride to the down town area. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Not a lot of amenities but for the price it's to be expected.

Very friendly owner. Clean and nice. A bit far from center, but just across the hotel is bus station for the line that go to the city center. We were by car, so we were looking for hotel that is away from center in because of parking, but jet, to be well connected with it. So, for us location was just perfect.

Basic equipment in room, but you really don't need more :)

The room was clean and had everything we needed. AC was also included which was great.

The neighbourhood didn't seem the best but nothing bad happened. Also the host doesn't really speak English but he was very nice and we got over that obsticle quickly.

One-star hotel, clean, good wifi, safe parking, close to the highway, 45 minutes to DOMUL from Milan by tram 12 (stop near the hotel, tickets from the reception). Thanks to the gentleman at the reception for the hospitality.

There was a strong musty smell in the room. The hotel rooms are not soundproof, and the area is very noisy because of the trams.

Administrator didn’t speak English but we could still communicate, he was very welcoming. The room was well cleaned. There were enough towels, hair & body wash. It was very nice that there was a bidet. Big bathroom.

Localization. If you sleep with open windows it will be very loud from the tram. Bathroom had a bit of mold, room had wall damage possibly from humidity/ mold.

I loved the hotel manager who was friendly and helpful. He offered us water and coffee. He was also trying his best to communicate with us and understand what we needed.

There was some mold in the shower and the room was humid.
