Great and friendly service, we arrived early and we were upgraded to the Junior Suite. We had a fabulous view, a great sitting room and a comfortable bed. There were two tvs, small balcony, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and there is a tram line mere steps from the front door that goes directly to the city center. Excellent for a stay in Milan.

The AC was weaker in the bedroom but we kept the door to the sitting room open and it was fine. The shower water also varied between hot and cool but it wasn't too extreme.

Staff - great welcome, efficient check in, informative, really helpful and sorted out the issue of the unpleasant smell in our room immediately by moving us. Clean, spacious, well equip bedroom. Good facilities

Temperature of pool was a little cool. Local area didn’t really have very much to see or do.

The parking is private just for the hotel and very spacious. Even if the location is "bad" it is very convenient to go to and from the center via taxi or via tram 12 - the stop is just 1 min walk from the hotel. Staff are very kind which is of huge importance to me.

The elevators have issues/bugs and they don't stop at your floor every time you have called for them, as a result at times, the waiting time increases to an unnecessarily long time. It's an easy fix for the hotel which I would recommend them to address. Facilities may not be great and a bit dated, but it's also relatively cheap, so that's good value for money in my opinion.

The room was really big and really clean with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom with two showers. We had a lovely view out the window of the Milan skyline. The pool was also a great addition to the stay.

The price of the room seemed high considering the location. Public transport is close by which is handy to have and brings you in with one change but we felt that it wasn't the best option late at night or with our luggage. The drinks in the hotel bar were very expensive in comparison to what you could get locally.

After almost one month living in the hotel i would say the hotel in general highly recommended . The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and The bed was extremely comfortable . Staff was amazing speciall( Silvia ).she went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Safe parking with 20 Euro per day. Location is not bad but not close to the downtown you need 25 minutes drive. Spa was super wonderful.

They need to improve the housekeeping staff specifically for guests who will stay for more then 3 nights because they didn’t reveal the towels or the water every time i need to call them to bring something.

Big size of the room, great location - close enough to the center but not noisy, good value for money.

The reception was super slow, when we arrived, we queued for 45 mins to check in even though I already checked-in online. (They sent out email before we arrived and asked us to check in online to avoid waiting for checkin when we arrived, I did what they asked, but still asked to check in again at the reception when arrived. Very unorganized)

Lovely hotel, all communal areas looked nice and on the 'luxurious' side for the price. The room was clean and really spacious with a big bed and huge shower. The pool is a nice touch (especially in the evening when it's quiet!). The restaurant area was lovely and the food was good quality for lunch and dinner. The hotel isn't located right in the centre of Milan, but it's an easy 30 minute direct trip on the tram which is right outside the hotel to get to the Duomo. The staff were helpful in advising us on how to get about and buy tram tickets too so it was easy to find our way about.

My only negative would be that I felt breakfast was very expensive for what you get at $20 per day per person. The breakfast offering was pretty standard for these sorts of hotels, the food was average but with plenty of options available. I just feel that most people aren't likely to eat $20 worth of food for breakfast - that's more than some of their main meals cost!

Great staff, great rooms, espresso machine in each room, huge bathroom, the bed and linings are super comfy, air con worked perfectly during the heat wave with 34c outside, usb connection by the bed head, the perk is the small but enjoyable fresh inside swimming pool, the sauna and the gym, tram stop in front of the hotel direct to Brera or S train to all the main stations, just 350m away

Rhe cleanliness by the pool area and the pool, for days they did not clean up some plastic wrappings on the floor there

We loved the room size, the huge bathroom, it's balcony with a view on Milano, the calm neighbourhood with a lot of free parking, the proximity to a metro station, the pool, the gym and the spa. The presence of a coffee machine in the room to be noted. Price to quality was unbeatable that week in milano. We ll come again

The breakfast price, exorbitant and the cleanliness of the room, with presence of mass of dust showing they lack attention when "cleaning"

I got a room at 1st. floor while they had events at same floor, I could hear people talking and laughing like they where in my room room number #104 I asked for dental kit and they came with that one hour later after I called twice They did not replace towels, during my 3 days stay whatever they took away was not replaced. Last day I had only the bath towels No slippers, no body lotion NO NOTHING AIRCONDITION was disaster, slept all nights with both balcony doors open
