In general, everything was in accordance to expectations and the comments found here.

The single biggest issue with my stay here is that the bathroom's water heater really really s**ks! Considering it's late spring in Italy, so the temperatures are slightly more bearable. But even so I was shivering every time I walked out of the shower. There is NO sustained heated water beyond 10~30 seconds so I tried to do everything within 5 minutes. Goosh I know there's a war going on in Europe that pushes up energy prices, but pls if you must cut, cut from the aircon or lighting. Why cut from the water heater? I complained to a young chap earlier during my stay but he said that no customers have complained. So I suppose nobody in the world likes a decent hot shower? The only positive thing is that it undoubtedly made a lasting impact on me during my 5 nights stay here.

Bathroom wasn’t really clean and air conditioner was really high and it wasn’t possible to change the temperature

breakfast was really good. the hostel is next to the metro (underground) and the central station of milan (about 20mn walk). the staff is very smiling, nice, which is not the case of all hostels !! there is a lot of privacy in the rooms, I like very much that the beds are locked in their "own bubble".

There was regular water on the bathroom floor, which made it very slippery. There was no light switch in our room to turn off the light. I still don’t know how it turned off at night. I still found the price quite expensive, even if it was during the summer holidays and the Grand Prix of F1.

There was nothing to complain here, and every reason to be happy. There were towels, the sheets were clean, there was soap and even toilet paper. The pillows could be better. The kitchen and bathroom were well attended. But most important, the Staff! They were really great. I had the pleasure to meet Nicola and Carlota, who were very helpful and very professional. Premises were safe and breakfast excellent. Location nearby porta Venezia, Lima metro, trams and buses. Finally, the neighborhood had good restaurants and bars as well as shopping.

I liked the convenience of the location. The easy check in online before I arrived saved time, especially when. arriving from a late flight, you just want to sleep, so this was great. The staff were extremely helpful and charming. The bunk was perfect I like the space and mirror storage box etc. It was what I expected and the hostel was clean. Great security with a pass code for your private dorm room.

The only negative is the bunker themselves , while the aesthetics are really cool, they are fully metal which means noise from the adjoining or your own bunker is magnified with a metal sound which can be quite loud and disturbing during sleep. This could be off-set with some soft paneling in the interior. Just a suggestion. but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The location was great! Very easy to walk to from the train station and very some great local food options open late around the hostel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. My capsule was clean and very comfortable as a young solo traveler looking for a place to stay that’s clean, comfortable, and safe.

My locker in my capsule didn’t work but luckily they gave me a lock to borrow and let me use the locker storage in the lobby which was nice of them. The bathroom was private for each room and we’re very clean for a shared bathroom among 8 people but not spotless.

Nice to have the option of a double bed sleeping pod! The bed was very comfy too :) Also great that breakfast and a welcome drink were included in the stay! And positive that the reception is open 24h

The bathrooms were not super clean but we also arrived very late so that may be why. The pod with the double bed was very small, some space to move and put your things would have been good. Also I happened to see that there was a lot of trash under the bed so it made us question a bit how well the rooms are cleaned.

I stayed for 2 nights, booked 1 dormitory bed, see photo on the right side, for € 86.89 including breakfast and received unexpected a towel (free of charge) aswell. You get to choose unlimited toast, cheese and ham (?) yogurt, croissants, coffee or tea etc. You have one common area and there is a kitchen on a different floor. Also there is plenty of space to walk in the rooms. Furthermore bathrooms depending on the choice you made are either in or out the room. There is a nearby metro station and with 3 max 4 stops you reach city center. It has a small table and chargepoint.

Unfortunately you have to unfold the table in order to use the charge point. TV screen is just for promotion.

The location is great, walking distance from the station and the main attractions. Metro nearby. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly.

The cabins could use some Insulation to give more privacy. In a cabin next to me someone was snoring and it sounded like he was laying right next to me. Another person was having a late night call as if they had a private room and this too sounded like they were sitting right next to me. I know this isn't the hostel's fault, but some Insulation in the cabins would help a lot to reduce this.

It wasn’t too far from the station. Easy check in and out. Simple breakfast was included which was a nice touch. You can borrow a lock for the lockers for a deposit which you get back. It was comfortable for the night.

Because of the metal beds and lockers you can hear when they are being accessed. As it’s a hostel people are coming and going at different times. Because I’m a light sleeper I could hear the majority of comings and goings, however, I didn’t arrive until 11pm and was leaving early next morning so it suited my needs for the stop over for the night.
