The hotel was nice, the facilities were great. The outside gym was a lovely surprise, just beside the sea! We didn't get the chance to use the tennis courts or pool as the weather was not great. The breakfast buffet was nice, it is Italian style. The staff was very efficient. The hotel is situated just beside the sea, you can walk along the coastline, just make sure you bring good sneakers as the rocky land is quite difficult but you have a better view of the caves underneath. Also you can take the road path that is easier. If you keep on walking you will eventually find some little restaurants, make sure you reserve in advance.

We would have liked to have someone help us with our luggage, the distance from the reception to the room was considerable,we saw later on that other guests were sent a golf cart to help them. So if you come, make sure you ask for help. The person at the reception desk was a trainee and was trying his best to answer all of our questions, but we were not given full information of all the hotel facilities, we discovered them along the way, such as bike rental, spa, updeck bar... The rooms are quite small. For 2 people it is just ok, if you come with a small child, it will get crowded. We stayed in one of the "pods" near the sea. A "bouilloire"would have been appreciated to make coffee or tea.

We had a nice stay at Torre Cintola! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the food was good. We simply loved the breakfast. The coffee and pastries were delicious! The room was comfortable and just what we needed. The cleaning staff cleaned once a day, so no sand anywhere. We relaxed in the lounge chairs near the sea (it's a rocky beach, so slippers are highly recommended) and enjoyed a swim now and then. The sea water was very clean and the showers near the beach bar are practical. We also played tennis on one of the three tennis courts and visited Monopoli by bus. It was fun, but we forgot the shops closed between 1 and 5pm, and then you only need a couple of hours to discover the city. Unfortunately, we didn't rent a car, but I think the area is well worth a visit! I recommend the hotel, good value for money!

We didn't know in advance that we had to bring a swimming cap for the pool, so we had to buy one. Nor was it clear on Booking.com that drinks outside of the meals were not included. The prices for the drinks from the bar however were normal, not too expensive. The rooms are not really soundproof due to the weird placement of ventilation shafts, although it didn't really bother us. Eventually, we didn't go to the à la carte restaurant (which you have to book and pay extra for), since the menu didn't really attract our attention the one day we could go. The water of the two swimming pools was icy cold, colder than the sea (and that at the end of September!).

Beautiful territory and pool. Good spacious suites. Very tasty and fresh food at dinner. Very responsive and helpful staff. Beautiful sea

For dinner, long lines after the food, which is served in the school canteen style. The hotel accepts large groups of tourists for one night, so there is a lot of people after the afternoon, for dinner and breakfast. Not a minus, but for information : strange rule – must wear a swimming cap in the outdoor pool and entering the sea is difficult without special footwear.

Hotel is perfect for the vacation in Puglia for those who loves relax and comfort. Renovated rooms, amenities, clean sea and cuisine just awesome. Vast varieties of seafood for dinner is impressive and so yummy. A piese of advise - take a rent car to see epic Puglia, it's really something else!

t's impossible to swim from the ladder when the sea is not calm. But within 200m left from hotel there is a small sand beach providing a comfortable swimming. Ask a baywatch how to get there, we did and really enjoyed this beach. Also, I want to say a word of gratitude for the hotel administration for putting off the "Russian mull" coctaile from the bar menu. There is no way to mention the country of terrorism even in the name of drink.

Their team were really welcoming and friendly also very helpful, we had a problem with our flight and arrived a day after our initial booking. had a call with booking.com and chat with the hotel reception team to be able to amend my booking for 3nights. Hotel manager (Paula) kindly honoured my request and changed it to 3 nights rather than 4nights so we paid only for 3nights which shows that they are really understanding their guests. Alessandra & Gulia were two receptionist who talked with the manager about my concern. night receptionist was so helpful though sadly I dnk his name but middle age gentleman night shift when we arrived was so kind and considerate about what we were gone through. unfortunately the weather was not sunny to be able to use the lovely pool however we made it on our last day of stay. we had a plan for sun but the weather suddenly changed quite a few days before our flight 😔😔

the breakfast was not really good or up to standard and expectations for a resort luxury hotel. Spa was a far too expensive for the area I believe

Resort in wonderful sea front location with two pools and decked lido on shore, all with parasols. Rooms in domed pods (4 separate rooms per pod) were modern and comfortable, but basic, but spent most time outside rather than in room. Easy to drive to the amazing Polignano nearby or up into Conversano.

Canteen style breakfast in big hall made it fun to watch everyone josstle for coffee and croissant, and same for evening buffet too, but it was done very well and with Italian flair. Strange system for putting cash onto resort card only for the bar but food and drinks could be assigned to the room.

After a 15 days road trip, we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It's a beautiful hotel on the seafront, with no beach but rocks and access to the sea via a staircase. The staff are very, very welcoming and kind. Very clean! The food is good. The bar manager (we've forgotten his first name) deserves a special mention - he's one of the best barmen we've met in Puglia. His cocktails are incredible! The Tahitians Reiti & Hiro

An excellent hotel in a quiet situation which although "out of a main town" was very convenient for visiting all the major sites around the area by car. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and the management were also very visible and obviously cared how the hotel was run and did everything to make the stay a very pleasant one. The food at both breakfast and dinner was good with a fairly large selection. Overall I would recommend this hotel

There weren't any negative as far as we were concerned although I imagine the fact that the sea shore was totally rocky might not suit some people. However, the pool areas more than compensated.

The resort has everything to offer you are looking for. Breakfast is nice, the coffee is great as you would expect in Italy. The resort has a central location for visiting Puglia, especially the region between Bari, Brindisi and Taranto.

Checkout at 10:00 feels a little bit on the early side. An extra hour for checking out would be very much appreciated.

The pools and surroundings were beautiful. Everywhere kept very clean and well maintained. Food was delicious and plentiful.

I thought the pods were single but found out they veered divided into 3 units. Our neighbours tvs could be clearly heard and disturbed our sleep. I thought we may have had some tea/coffee making facilities in the room but this was not the case.
