Beachfront location. Large self contained unit.

No washing machine. Breakfast was at a bar 1 minutes walk away. Consisted of a croissant and a drink, nothing special. I only stayed 2 nights and unit is better suited for longer stay. Quite a lot of bling, ie 4 different shower spray rotations, multiple light switches (which I found confusing), bed encased in glad panels on two sides. Blinds need fixing to adjust flats. Had issues with unlocking doors until assistance provided by owner.

It's a really nice and comfortable place between two great beaches. It's also close to the center of the city so it's a great place if you want to spend some time on the beach and visit the city later. The apartment is really big, there is everything you need there. There are restaurants and pubs nearby. We didn't have problems with parking our car, there are some free parking places next to the building. The breakfast is small but tasty.

Lovely apartment, well appointed. Perfect location, step out of the door and you are on the beach, and also access to a choice of beaches along the coast Only a short walk to the old town which is full of character and there are plenty of excellent restaurants. The apartment was cleaned every day; such luxury! Excellent coffee and Cornetti at the bar across the road for breakfast.

Just a small complaint, but the living room sofa has seen better days and wasn’t very comfortable.

Great location with an amazing view of the beach across the road, close enough to walk into Centro storico, free parking surrounding the building. Staff available for check in on demand and rooms kept clean.

Able to hear everything said in common area between rooms, loud when people coming home late at night and talking. No elevator available

the flat was really spacious, very clean and super comfortable. we were enthusiastically greeted by Rocco, who immediately asked us what we were planning on our further journey and gave us good recommendations. the balcony was also a highlight, we would definitely recommend this b&b! right next to it was a beautiful beach and a really nice restaurant, also the inner city of Monopoli was astounding!

The Location was awesome, the old City and the beach are just a few minutes by feet away. The b&b Manager was very friendly and informed us about the best places to be. Also his staff was very ambitious. The beach near the B&B was great and very silent.

The streets and beaches are a little bit littered by waste. But that is an issue of the City overall, and the issue is everywhere in monopoli.

Fabulous accommodation right on the beach at Monopoli. Quiet, comfy and spacious rooms with a lovely outlook over the sea and the beach. 10 minutes walk into Monopoli old town. We found easy parking on the street next to the building. Our host was so friendly and gave us lots of tips. Would definitely stay here again.

We really liked close coffeshop and the breakfast. Also the sea was in front of the accommodation. It was lovely to see the sea when leaving the apartment. The staff was very kind and gave all the necessary information for us :)

I did not like that we got a room with a normal street view although we reserved the accommodation with sea view. This was pretty much a shame and I was very sad about this since we chose this apartment mainly because of the seaview with our own balcony. But that's ok.

property was excellent, but as a general FYI there are no taxis in Monopoli so be organised if you plan to do anything outside of Monopoli

Very nice spacious modern room with perfect balcony view over the city and sea. Monopoly is really a nice pituresque city and worth a stay. Communication with the owner was easy and parking directly in front of the B&B was no issue during low season. Breakfast was a typical coffee and cornetto in the bar 100m away. Was ok. Walk to the city is just 5min. A beach is just 20m from the house.

Nothing to complain. As usually the rooms are not very sound proof but this was no problem during our stay.
