We were in the renewed part of the hotel, and the room are well equipped. For up to 3 persons it's good choice. Close to highway (unfortunately exit was closed during our stay). Spacious parking. Hotel has a bar, practical to take a drink after long day.

The salted meals (scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese...) were not refilled although we took our breakfast around 8h30 (served till 10h), and even after our request. The quality of the offered food was good. It's not practical for families with 4+ (hotel doesn't have family room)

The breakfast was nice and complimentary, but you had to be down early, otherwise the selections were almost gone. They did replenish the eggs and bacon for us. The hotel is undergoing a lot of renovation, so that being said, it will be an amazing place to stay once it is all completed. The view out of our room was very nice as well.

The bathroom in our room could have used a little updating (Probably will be with the removation) because there was no shower curtain or sliding door. It was a swinging panel and it didn't quite keep all the water inside the shower area, so we got water all over the bathroom floor. Again, this will probably be remedied in their renovation.

Beautiful renovated rooms. Cleaning staff were friendly & helpful.

Sound proofing between rooms could be better. Reception staff cold but efficient. Staff at breakfast seemed as if they didn't want to be there, unhelpful & almost rude. Coffee was awful, I can't imagine any Italian ever drinking it.

The room was lovely and spacious. Great facilities (gym and swimming pool). Very nice breakfast

The hotel is used by tourist coaches, so in the morning it can get quite noisy, when the tourists leave. The new electronic system to open the doors can stop working from time to time.

The bathroom courtesy kit could have been better. I would advise to change the soap bags with more practicle dispensers.

From the moment we checked-in, to the size of the bedrooms, the quality of the clealiness, breakfast, staff. Everything was perfect! We stayed for 3 days and everyone knew the name of each child of ours by the end of our stay! Everyone is nice and welcoming and the accomodation is literally huge. Great location for anyone travelling by car and that would like to visit Verona, Venice and Lake Garda (and others).

Big hotel, nicely decorated. Unique wall designs even in the room. Amazing breakfast selection with delicious cakes and croissants.

The bathroom shower makes the bathroom wet everywhere. Would be nice to do a standing shower instead of the tub.

Good value for the money, excellent breakfast. Hotel is partially renovated, there is a pool (we didn't use it because of short stay), heating is good, rooms were hot during the cold day outside.

Room was large and bed was comfy. Furniture was a bit outdated, but photos showed that so I didn't expect anything else. Receptionists were very welcoming and breakfast was okay. Nothing special about it - regular hotel breakfast food. Value for the price was good and overall we're satisfied with the experience.

Bathroom had a smell as if someone had just used it. Not sure why it would be like that as the room was clean (might just be an old toilet fault or something with the ventilation system), but they could really use some scent beads in there. I also didn't like that it was mentioned that the hotel had a gym and a pool, but turns out each of them cost 8 EUR extra if used and the gym is not on location, but a street over (regular gym that they've partnered with which was closed by the time we got there - around 8pm).

nicely looking, big bed, quiet place, there was a restaurant and bar but we came too late to try it, nice and friendly staff, apartment was OK and very clean

although we booked a stay for 2 people, there was not enough stuff - only 1 towel, 1 complet of cosmetics - we also booked a room with bath but got shower
