The hotel is really nice, the staff is very polite, breakfast is OK with good offer (good, not great, we have seen better, but it's good). Very clean rooms and the whole hotel. Parking is included in price which is very nice. Despite some small imperfections that can be easily corrected, we would recommend this hotel.

Sofa beds are a bit uncomfortable, if you are traveling with older children they will have back problem in the morning. Scrambled eggs for breakfast smelled really bad :-( we don't know if that is normal in Italy, we hope not...nobody had problems with that but us...just don't understand...eggs shouldn't smell like that unless they are rotten. Also it took a while for kitchen to fill empty plates. They are very stingy on bagels, and kids had to wait for pancakes quite a while every morning. I almost forgot to mention...empty, turned off fridge in the room is the stupidest thing I have ever seen...why for the love of God, why do you keep it there?!

Amazing hotel, good situated… easy to travel with car to any other destinations where you need swimming pool great ;) but only open till 8pm but its ok… great of choice breakfast menu ;)

SPA was not open… but at least swimming pool was opened ;) very unclear what’s open or not on booking.com. We have expected all what we have seen on booking.com but only once we booked in an hour later we received email that SPA is closed… but we have found our own way to compensate… we were travelling from there to other places to see and local restaurants…

Very nice, not big hotel, peacefull surrounding, lots of trees and green, nice and refreshing pool that is free for guest (weekends guest of hotel pay deck chair - if you want). Nice breakfast but not altering food A little far from the city center. you have to go by car to the city. But i wolud always choose that quietnes.

Stuff you have at the desk is very welcome. For those who do not accept "Italian breakfasts", here you will get continental breakfast. Scrumbled egg, boiled egg, bacon, sandwiches, etc. That should be standard in all hotels as long as Italians will not open normal breakfast-lunch caffee :)

That's my only personal opininion... do not like to engage with desk stuff in medical masks (cleaning stuff does not count). You do not see him talking, do not hear them clearly and do not clearly understand he/she is saying.

I would like to give a big thanks to the reception staff. I managed to F-up the booking and upon arriving we realized the magnitude of my mistake. The most helpful guy in the reception was very oriented to fixing my mistake and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Theres also a outside pool and inside pool. Both are great.

Pool Closes at 20.00 - don't understand why? Did not encounter this thing in any other hotels during our trip.

Excellent breakfast. Varied and of the highest quality. The restaurant for evening meal was really good with wonderful staff who were very attentive. The gin bar boasts numerous different gins. A lovely place to end the evening with a nightcap. The swimming pool was excellent with very attentive lifeguard. The grandchildren loved it.

The room was very nice but on the small side. Nothing else to add!

Very comfortable Hotel close to the town. We went to a nearby restaurant which was really good. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Also the personel was really friendly and helpful. The big parking loft is an advantage as well.

Nothing much except for insects in the room, when you leave the window open in summer.

Breakfast was good, room was comfy and clean. Park was Easy.

Swimmingpool: you can go and have sunbeds from Monday to Friday. However, you have to pay during the weekend. Not clear, neither on booking nor on the hotel website.

We had a great room for the children. It had 2 TV and very spacious with coffee machine. It was Suite. The Spa in the hotel is fantastic but you need to book in advance as during weekend it might be full.

I did not like that hotel a bit outside of the Vincenza city, 15 min drive.

Everything was great, the location, breakfast was very good, staff very kind, free parking under roof and the big pool was bonus. Also the price was fantastic.

The only minus is for the balcony, because it is just a French balcony.
