Location is absolutely strategic. All of the main areas are easy to reach with plenty of options for restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Our room was much smaller than I expected. Photos I had seen on booking.com made the rooms look a lot bigger. No big deal as we went back to the hotel only to sleep. Being a very central location, expect noise if you keep the window open. This particular room was not accessible to wheelchairs (others might be).

Great location, next to the metro station, and 10 minute walk from the Naples Beverello Port. Takes about 40minutes to get to Pompeii via the Metro and a connecting train. Sorrento and the Amalfi coast can be reached using Naples Beverello Port. The room was spacious, with an excellent high pressured shower. The breakfast was lovely standard Italian style breakfast. The hotel provided clear instructions prior to our arrival, as we arrived at 11:30pm, we did have to call a number that was provided to open the main door. The staff were amazing, the main lobby had a screen where you can talk to the staff virtually during their working hours. where they can arrange a taxi or answer any questions.

The lift which was part of the building was the old style manual door type lift; so if the previous user hadn't closed the door properly you would have to take the stairs as the lift would not operate and be stuck on the respective floor it was last used.

An interesting business model. Sort of a corporate B&B. The check in was via TV. But the concept works. It was very, very clean and quiet despite being on a busy street. The breakfast was minimal but adequate.

Although the shower had great water pressure, it was really tiny...could hardly turn around. The location was OK, but wished there were more dining options close by. Did not like an extra charge for fresh towels, particualry when it was so hot outside that you needed extra showers!

Rooms were large, modern and spotless. The location is perfect, 5min walk to sea front where you can ferry to the 3 islands or book any excursions. There are restaurants all around. It is a 2, min walk to the Metro accessing you to any location from the central Garibaldi station... The Metro is very cheap €3.80 to Pompei!! Fully stocked mini bar, very reasonably priced with soft drinks, alcahol and snacks. Staff were very kind and helpful. We left our cases on checkout and collected them at 6pm. Rooms are on 3rd floor, but there is a lift. Nice view from balconies.

Everything was great during our stay. The staff went the extra mile and surprised me with chocolates and presecco for my birthday. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. They messaged me on whatsapp before our stay and they responded quickly for any questions we had. Friendly and helpful staff, great location, would stay here again. Thank you

The hotel is in a very central area and the city center is all within a few minutes walking. The room itself was very comfortable with a nice balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the busy city streets - the window is soundproof though, so the noise is not a problem. The staff is nice and helpful.

The breakfast was nice but the self-service part was a bit confusing. The plates, cutlery and food was available and you could use it, but then some other things you would need to request from the staff who didn't always speak great English - e.g. milk (lactose free, or soy) had to be requested. Also the fruit was available, but there was no proper cutlery to peel them (e.g. kiwis), which forced you to make a mess to get to the fruit itself. Again, in general, breakfast was quite good, but the self-service piece is not quite there yet.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location. The entire area is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and equipped with all the facilities needed for a stay. Mrs. Laura, always kind, cheerful and smiling, she will prepare and provide you excellent breakfast. We felt good and will come again. Thanks Ivana&Gordan

Friendly staff. Very helpful and very responsive. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good sized bathroom with walk-in shower. Lovely balcony looking out into the city. They have staff available via a webcam after hours for late check-in which was incredibly handy

The rooms are very close to the reception/restaurant, separated only by a door with a gap above the floor, which makes it a bit uncomfortable - you can hear everyone and vice versa.

Just came from Napoli! Our stay at this Hotel was very very very nice. Room had a city view (a little bit noisy, but in a city like Napoli noise is everywhere). Bed is confy , room is clean and at the bathroom a rainy shower with hot water is a suprise for all travellers..... Breakfast was basic with sweet and salty delicasies covering the morning needs. The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the hotel you can find supermarket, pizzeria, touristic info and coffee shops. A highly recommented hotel and value for money.
