The location is close to the train station and metro so it was really easy to get to Pompeii, Caserta and to get anywhere around the city. The building is very clean inside and safe. Coffee, milk, cakes and yoghurts are available 24/7. The hosts were very nice and helped with the taxi to the airport.

Pillows. It may be noisy in the street so better to have earplugs.

The property is even better than the pictures!! The day of arrival I received all the necessary information to self check in and was super easy. The B&B as well the room were clean and comfy. Outside the room there was the common area which they had for the guests for free coffee and tea facilities also water which was a good surprise. It's also only 5-minutes walk from the train station. Definitely recommned this place.

The room was clean, was nicely decorated, clean towels and the bed was fine. Good facilities to make coffee and or/tea when you woke up. The hotel is super close to the main station and very easy to find (you just have to call/write to them when you arrive at the front door). While the staff doesn't speak English, they/she was very nice and we succeeded in communicating in a mix between Spanish, Italian, English and hand gesture, which worked fine.

The hair dryer almost didn't work and was super noisy because the bearings were very dead. The liquid hand soap and the liquid soap in the shower was very old and nasty and had split into two phases with a dense thick white part in the bottom and a thin milky white in the top. This also meant that the soap dispenser didn't really work in the shower.

Convenient for what we were looking for as we wanted something close to the station as we needed easy and quick transport to the airport. Location is walking distance from many good restaurants and other attractions. Owner was very helpful and make it really easy to find the property as instructions were very clear and was always quick to respond to any queries we had.

Location was close to the train station which is perfect if you have a train to catch. Communication with the staff was very nice and they accommodated a slightly late check-in without any issues.

The floor was a bit squeeky.

They permitted me to let my luggage at the hotel more than the time I was supposed to check out. The room was cleaned every day.

The bed matress was inconvenient as it was sinking! The communication was difficult because the receptionists (except for one) did not spoke English. There was not a POS machine, as a result I was obliged to pay in cash. The breakfast was packaged and not fresh. There was not a person at the reception office all the time.

The location has direct connections in various directions. The room and bathroom were very clean. Coffee maker and some snacks available for everyone all the time.

Breakfast could be better, it could has more option, not just jam and sweet snacks

The biggest advantage is the location - it is right next to the main train station but the apartments are on the inside of the building, so it is really quiet inside. Room was big and our bed was huge, we had enough space for our package inside the wardrobe. We had also a fridge and a kettle in our room and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The apartment was clean and cozy. For breakfast we got small wrapped snacks- croissant, muffins, waffles and juice (it was more like a mid-day snack) BUT at the reception desk there was a water dispenser and two coffee machines available 24 hours a day :)

Perfect location.

The “breakfast” was some pre packet dry pastry. I was expecting at least some fresh bakery. Or of course like in most of the places some fresh scrambled egg or bacon or something.
