The price was right for a last-minute reservation and the room was clean and comfortable. It’s a half a block from the main train station, which was very handy because I arrived late. The breakfast was at a nice nearby cafe - fresh croissant and a hot drink. The closest restaurant a few feet away, even though touristy, served the best pizza I’ve ever eaten! Maybe that’s just Naples but still …

I had trouble finding the place and people on the street didn’t seem to know where it was. The GPS indicated some other place nearby. I had to call Mario who was the contact but it still wasn’t easy. The street numbers are way high up and small. The entrance to the place is a huge, nondescript gray door next to a tabbachi shop and there’s only a small plaque with the name on it - along with signage for other things. Then I had trouble with the key for the final door. Better if you arrive when Mario is there to let you in.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Garibaldi rooms is located very near to the station and that made it very easy to travel by bus or train.

If you arrive in the evening you have to ring No3 as there will be no one to open the door. We were not informed about this and we spent some time waiting for some one to enter the building. We then went in with this person.

1. Outstanding communication and availability of the manager. He made sure we are comfortable and everything is ready on time for our checkin. Storing luggage in a safe place was very good. 2. The room is well thought and equipped. Our room had a balcony facing the Garibaldi piazza - a nice and lively place in the evening. Nevertheless if sound or light is too much the rooms have shutters and thats a big plus. 3. Location at a easy reach of basically everything. And most important very close to the station for the light travellers coming from everywhere. We took 1 hour by speed train from Roma. Amazing. We recommend the Panoramic bike tour available with NapoleBike. Look for Vincenzo and Adri for the best half-day tour whoch pays off every single cents! Coming back, we thanks Mario for his attendance and openness and we hope we ll come back to Garibaldi Rooms soon one day!

Great breakfast. Very friendly staff who were always very quick to answer any queries. The accomodation was quiet and very comfortable bed. Room lovely and clean on arrival.

Unsure how to access the property and what room before arrival. Information given when at the door and I sent a. Essays unsure how to get in. Would have been good to have that info prior to arriving. Would be good to have towel rails in the. Sunroom as stayed for 2 nights and no where to hang the towels.

Great location, close to the station. Room was clean and filled with everything we needed. Shower was very spacious and clean. It was nice that there was AC available as well as the option to open the windows.

Bed could've been more comfortable. The walls were really thin and we could hear everyone upstairs and next door when they are shouting or even talking/walking. Breakfast was in a nearby cafe, it was nice but had little variety. The staff was helpful but not the most friendly.

The rooms were excellent and very well appointed. Well decorated and very pleasant. Very close to railway station.

The 'Italian' breakfast was minimal. Most travellers require more than a croissant and a drink to start their day. Getting into the building (which was not recognisable as apartments) was interesting. We had no instructions until we arrived but we had no Internet. Sending a message didn't work and phoning was impossible. I think the Italian language reply was instruction of how to get in. We finally got in and after some very lateral thinking got into the small reception area to find out keys on the desk with name and room number.

The location is good. It is near the main railway station. There are many restaurants nearby. The property is composed of 6 rooms on the first floor of an old building. But, the moment we entered the small lobby, we were agreeably surprised by the beauty and the cleanness of the facility. We also received a warm welcome and great support from the host Mr. Mario and the staff. The room was big and arranged with style and taste. This B&B is a great value for money in Naples.

The shower box is small, and the bed was a little bit smooth.

The rooms are clean. Bed comfortable with a view of piazza Garibaldi. Excellent if you need a room near the metro or trains. You have to let them know arrival time as it is bnb style. Get the phone number if arriving by car, the front entry is pedestrian only so driver needs to know cross streets. I took a picture on Google earth which helped.

One of conditioners was not working- we got cold at night, however there was one more additional blanket available. Still can’t accept parkings for 20 euro per night in Italy, but maybe it is a custom thing here with total deficit of parking places in general.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, the air conditioning was a lifesaver, the blind on the window was great, there was a fridge. The included breakfast consisted of vouchers for a nearby coffee shop, perfect for breakfast. It's very close to the main station with links to other cities, Pompeii, and both metro lines.

Nothing major. There was a small green light above the door which was quite bright a night. The entrance isn't very obvious as the front door is shared with other apartments. It didn't help that both Google maps and the Booking.com map led to two different places — both wrong 🙄
