We were in Naples for the first time, but when I return (because I sure will) I will return to this place as this hotel is astonishing. First of all the host, Enzo, is a very kind and helpful person, who gave us great advices, recommendations what to visit, where to eat etc. Besides that he was understanding every time - even when we had to have breakfast earlier, when we had to store our luggages on our last day etc Besides Enzo the accomodation was very clean, comfortable, cozy and very quiet, rising even more its key advantage, its location, which is close to literally everything in Naples. I could list the great things even more, such as breakfast opportunities, or the kindness of the employees working there. If you will visit Naples and would like to stay in the central of the city and having comfortable stay, then choose this amazing place, you wont regret it:)

Nothing could have been better, everything was amazing!!

Casajammone is perfectly located in the hart of Napoli! Enzo is the perfect host for communication before and during your stay. Getting there, getting around, leaving... My room (with balcony) was very tastefully decorated, and although it faced the city, I could completely eliminate the streetnoice by noice isolated windows, a roller shutter (if wanted), and blackout curtains. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean (the shower even has very relaxing changing colour lights!) , comfortable and many details were perfectly taken care of: slippers, tea making facilities, magnifying mirror (for the 45+ yo ;-)) ... The bed was just as I like it.

The staff was wonderful, polite and went above and beyond for us! So helpful and accomodating! The bedroom n en suite very clean. The breakfast choice very good eat in their kitchen or in a cafe around the corner. Both great options. Location was wonderful-close to metro and spanish quarter n the archeological museum which is amazing!

No major complaint but could be a worry for some one. The small patio off the bedroom is cut away from main bedroom floor n one could fall into it if not aware. I remedied it w the luggage holder n put my luggage on it to make sure i dont fall. Also you are very close to other bedrooms so can hear other conversations easily. Other than that, we loved the place!

Very chic and stylish- loved the quirky touches and the entrance lift is fun! Like from a movie! The b&b is in a really prime location- right near to all the interesting areas to visit - and there are many within a few minutes walk- the full on Naples vibe and energy is on the doorstep! Yet as soon as you return you will find a haven of peace and calm. We couldn’t hear any outside noise in our room even though it looked into the small street below. (Very little traffic) We had great sleep and comfort and we enjoyed the great selection and generous breakfast, there was the option to go to a nearby cafe or at the hotel - great idea. We enjoyed the peace and comfort but best of all the wonderful hospitality we received from Enzo and his team. We totally recommend a stay here. We would like to thank them all very much for providing us our Napoli home 😀

The property was fantastic all elements were great. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. They were easily contactable via WhatsApp and even helped us printing some documents that we weren’t able too prior to our arrival. Honestly cannot fault anything about our stay. The B&B is also close to some fantastic attractions and is convenient to all trips around Naples, Capri and Amalfi as pick up is literally around the corner depending on who you book with. For me Enzo and Marika Couldn’t have done anymore the epitomise what great customer service is and for that reason I’m sure they set themselves above the rest in Naples.

I recently had the most delightful experience at CasaJammone, a charming bed and breakfast that exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, my girlfriend and I felt the warmth and genuine hospitality. Enzo, the owner, and Marika, the breakfast lady, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Enzo's and Marika's exceptional service and friendliness set the tone for our entire visit. He was always available to answer questions and provide helpful recommendations on local attractions and restaurants. His dedication to ensuring his guests' comfort was evident in every detail. In fact, Enzo regularly checked in to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. He truly embodies what genuine Italian hospitality is all about. Now, let's talk about the breakfast spread prepared by the lovely Marika. Each morning, I eagerly woke up to a delightful array of fresh and mouth-watering dishes. Marika's attention to detail was unmatched. The variety of options, from delectable pastries to savory omelets, catered to all tastes. Her warm smile and cheerful personality added an extra touch of joy to the dining experience. The thought put into the overall ambiance at CasaJammone was apparent. The nicely decorated rooms were impeccably clean and provided a cozy atmosphere.The attention to detail in the room decor created a welcoming and comfortable space that instantly made me feel at home. Furthermore, the location of CasaJammone couldn't be better. Situated in a peaceful and picturesque neighborhood, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We were welcomed by the owner, Enzo, a lovely guy, helped us a lot during our stay, very responsive. Great personal service, lovely, caring and helpful staff as well. A room and bathroom were right size, actually we had plenty of space in our room. We had a very comfortable bed, so a good night sleep. We also had a small fridge, safe and Nextflix in our room and whatever else you could need is available in a communal kitchen. Daily cleaning service was great and up to high standards, and Marika prepared a lovely breakfast for us. A good location, walking distance from the city centre. Enzo thought of everything :-) Thank you for looking after us :-)

Location is in the heart of Naples and you have a parking place, which is really rare. The apartment was modern and clean, but the most important the owner was very kind and helpful in many ways. We had a car and he helped with parking (streets are really narrow). Apartment is modern with very good appliances. Cleaning is done each morning. Breakfast was good, either at home or with w a card in a coffee shop.

Everything was good. These are old city of Naples, so you need to expect limited space in buildings.

We loved being at Casajammone Naples B&B. Our little apartment has been lovely designed, was well equipped and always clean. The B&B is situated in a side street so it is quiet at night. Enzo (the owner) gave us many tipps for sightseeing, eating... just after booking and even during our trip. He was very friendly and open-minded as well as Marika who was responsible for breakfast and cleaning. We would absolutely stay here again. All the best, thanks! 🙂

Enzo was a fantastic host. He contacted me after booking with a warm well. Giving advice on places to visit including local tourist attractions and restaurants. We were welcomed by Marika who was warm and friendly. The whole b and b was spotless and newly renovated. The room was large and bed was very comfortable. I have a bad back and I slept very well. The place is also very quiet but only 2 mins walk from the nearest metro station. It is a lovely area to base yourself to explore Napoli and it felt safe at night too. Breakfast we had the option of eating in with a range of choices (ham, croissant, scrambled eggs etc) from 8.30 or a cafe token for an earlier start. Our room was cleaned daily with new bathroom towels midway through our stay. Attention to detail was great. There was a fridge in the room with bottled water (as much as you needed)and soft drinks. I really couldn't recommend this place more highly. Bathroom was clean and the shower was strong and water hot. Also bonus of a Bidet. Enzo was available via mobile throughout our stay giving advice and recommendations when we needed too.
