Location close to Salvator Rosa Metro Line 1, ete supermarket, Pollo Re take-away and Starita Pizza Restaurant. Security good and lift to 3rd Floor. Via San Mandato is quiet and blackout shutter works well.

Bella Vita Rooms comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms with balconies and a common kitchen/breakfast room. The shared kitchen facility was not obvious when booking (i.e common fridge etc.). Thankfully guests in other rooms respected our food and drink in the fridge, kept the kitchen tidy and were as quiet as possible. However you had to be forever concious of your own noise levels, especially when getting up at 6am to go to the airport. Arrival keycode information is not applicable, you have to pre-arrange a 1-hour arrival slot with Walter and find/press button marked Bella Vita on the access panel to call him. Walter is a very welcoming host, but be aware of the requirement to pay local tax in cash, on arrival (3 euros per person per night, in April 24).

The apartment is located very central and close to the metro. The street is quiet, which is rare in Napoli. You get a room with a private bathroom in a three room apartment with a shared kitchen. Our room was clean, comfortable, with AC and a balcony. The host explained to us very well how to get there and ordered us a taxi as we had to leave very early. We really appreciate this.

The hot water in the shower lasts only for one person. You have to pay extra if you want to use a kitchenette. The elevator was not always working. And the sound proof between the rooms was not good. Other than this, it was a very pleasant stay.

It is pretty good accomodation, if you don't plan to cook :) Property is behind four keys, there's funny little elevator, the room is nice, light, airy, and you can block the light if you need to. In the kitchen you can use fridge, microwave and water heater, so if you don't need more than that, it's great. Walter is nice and hospitable, and I want to emphasize that his leaflet with bulleted info for different locations (tied with metro stations you can reach from the metro line 1) is really great and useful. We tried few of the restaurants he suggests there and it was very nice expirience.

The room was amazing - comfortable, spotless and spacious with loads of light from the window/balcony door. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The host, Walter, was so welcoming and full of advice and recommendation which shaped our plans in and around the city really well. He was also very responsive.

Not so much about the room itself, but the walls are quite thin and the rules do a great job of stressing the quiet hours. However, if other guests in the apartment don't respect this rule, unfortunately, sound travels too well and it can be quite loud and disruptive into all hours of the night.

Everything was nice. Walter was a wonderful host. The room was cozy, clean and bright. A small kitchen was separate from the room, but there was everything you need. A spacious balcony with a cozy view of typical Italian houses. Localization was fine, very quite neighborhood. Near the metro and within walking distance of tourist streets.

The apartament is quiet and the host was really nice. In the last day he let us stay 2 more hours after the check out, cause it was raining and we wanted to go directly to the airport. It`s an apartament with 3 rooms with private bathroom each. We weren`t bothered by the other persons staying there. It was clean and central. We went by foot to the city center. I reccoment going there. Excelent for a city break

Convenient location right near metro stop and a walking distance to a range of shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, nicely air conditioned and had great storage facilities. Walter was very welcoming and helpful. He was easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations for our time in Naples.

Localization was fine, very quite neighborhood, shops near by. We were impressed about the house, and how good condition it has. Clean- which is a priority for me, nice designed, and lovely balcony, quite. What else you need? For me enought to enjoy my holidays with mum, she was also very happy. And the owner, so friendly and nice Walter, he is doing the best to make this place comfortable and to feel good. He has even his own flyer about what to see in town and near by. I truly recommend his place, just take it and appreciate it! :)

There is nothing to complain

Walter was very kind and flexible. We got basic tourist information from him about sights, local restaurants, etc. when we arrived. When we were leaving, he allowed us to leave our bags at the property until our plane was leaving, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe during our visit, which wasn't our experience everywhere in Naples.

Bella vita is perfect for anyone wanting to visit Naples (which you should!). Its clean, air con, private bathroom, quiet and has a balcony. Its situated 15 minute walk downhill to Dante (foody area) and 10 mims downhill from Salvador Rosa Station. So you can walk into town downhill, metro up and walk downhill home - perfect! Walter was a nice host who gave us the low down of places to go and eat, and how to get around the city.

No shower after 10.30, but I understand why (loud for other guests in room 1) Breakfast isn't included on suite (or at all) . Ur just near cafes - so not a BnB in traditional sense. This didn't bother us though, plenty of places to eat nearby. 2 pillows would have been nice, but personal preference.
