The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast (free) and dinner (included with a drink 5 euros or more) were both really good. The facilities were clean.

The air conditioning didn't work very well. The beds made a springy noise so it was a bit hard not to wake up everyone else when you moved onto or from it.

I was lucky, I got a bed in a room with curtains around beds and that was very nice! Inside: small shelf, light, electric plug. Lockers in every room. I loved the whole place - the garden, kitchen, bar and staff. The idea of a dinner for 5euro with a drink was amazing. I was travelling solo and this idea let you meet people every evening to socialize and talk about activities. I enjoyed.

Some rooms are located from the front side of the building, where there is a quite busy street - and you know, Italians and driving - it might get crazy ;)

I really want to highlight the staff. They're amazing! They give you really good recommendations in terms of the city and if you have problems they'll help you with what the can. They're always there at the receptions also for a quick chat. The free breakfast was amazing! Also if you bought a drink at 9pm you'll get free dinner. The rooms were big (stayed in a 6 mixed room). You'll have everything you need and also air-conditioning. They give you a locker and a lock for free to use during your stay. You can also rent a towel for 3€ for your stay. The beds were comfy but they squicked while turning to the other side. I constantly thought I'll wake the others. It was clean and there were sanitizers everywhere. But some girls should learn how to leave the bathroom clean... The garden was nice to hang out and meet some new people. The location is good. You need about 10-15min to get to the city center by walking or about 8min to use the metro station "Salvator rosa" which brings you to most of the important stuff. If I ever come back I will stay there again!

I had such an amazing time! I stayed in a mixed 6 beds room with personal bathroom. The rooms were very clean and I had a beautiful view on the garden. The breakfast buffet was great: scrambled eggs, sausage, cornflakes, granola, yoghurt, ... There was coffee, orange juice and (dairy-free) milk. The staff were very nice. Upon my arrival I received a map of the city with some personal recommendations. In the evening, the bar was always a cozy place to hang out after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen had a minimum amount of supplies to cook something nice but for fresh ingredients you had to go to any of the nearby supermarkts. Also noticed that my fellow travellers were very friendly and sociable so I got to make a lot of new friends.

Staff were great, helpfull and friendly. I think they are there 24 hrs. The breakfast is included and is generous. It has an outdoor area and the overall feel is good, with chill area, a self serve kitchen, laundry, bar/cafe. I was in a shared dorm and that was fine. Its a way to meet folk from all over the world but you can keep to yourself if that is you way. You can leave luggage. There is also a deal of 5 euros for a drink and meal in the evening at 9. I highly recommend this Hostel.

Friendly and helpful staff When I arrived, the receptionist asked me about my traveling plan, and gave me a map and told me about the detailed transportation to the places that I wanted go and offered me suggestions about the highlights of Napoli. They were always friendly, enthusiastic and polite to guests, and willing to help, which made my stay pleasant Unlike most of other hostels, they provide the locks for lockers for free, and I really appreciate this

The entrance is a little bit weird. There are two doors but the second one is locked so that everyone has to get into the building and take a detour to get into the yard. The breakfast isn’t very good, I don’t have much choice for the food. The toast they provide looks like the packed toast bought from supermarket. But given that the price is low, this is acceptable

The breakfast was ok, for a hostel. Variety of cereals, scrambled eggs, toasts and coffee. The room size was ok, quite clear. Perhaps not many toilets for the amount of people in the hostel. Rush hours were complicated to get a toilet. The courtyard is the best place of the hostel. This social area was great to socialse, chill out, have a meal, as well as to work. Highly recommend to enjoy that. There is also a very nice kitchen fully equipped, where you can cook you food or store your stuff, it was very useful for us.

Even though the bed was confi, it was very noisy. The bed above me was even worse.

- From what I could see the hostel is clean and has a nice common area with bar where it is possible to socialize with other travelers. - The location is good as well, near the metro and not far from city center, but one should keep in mind that it is on a hill. - Free lockers, but some other services are for a fee (towels, washing clothes). - The staff was friendly and helpful, I got a lot of useful advices. - Good bathroom and shower.

I am happy with my overall experience and below points didn't spoil it. But if to look for minor drawbacks I would mention below: - The hairdryer in my room didn't work, but it doesn't seem to be a common problem and I didn't really need it in summer. However in winter it could be a problem. - Bed was a bit shaky on the top. - My room was next to the road and it was a bit noisy sometimes.

I liked everything there! Perfect hostel to spend time, visit the city and meet new people. I rented a private room. It was so big and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a balcony. Very quiet room and hostel in the middle of Napoli. Metro and bus station are very close by. The staff is friendly and give you good tips to visit the city. Finally, if you don't want to stay out at night in Naples, there is a bar at the hostel with cheap prices and a great outside terrace. You can also eat there for 5€.
