The hotel was really good for the price, and mostly it felt like home because the staff was very kind and helpful with every situation. Specially the receptionist Simona and the other lady and also the house keeper sophie. Thank you all.

I am very satisfied. The room has air conditioning and a mini fridge. Both saved lives during the summer. Great cleanliness and comfort. The receptionist recommended a restaurant in the area, which became our favorite. The reception is on the 6th floor. It is worth knowing that the elevator operates with a 5-cent coin during the day. We received the gate and door codes and during our entire stay there, we walked independently in and out,we did not meet the staff. Close to the airport Ali bus stop and the port.

I missed a kettle, I like to drink my first coffee in bed in the morning. But there is a coffee machine in the corridor.

Alex was a superstar! My partner and I had a delayed flight and were unable to get the last ferry to Capri, therefore having to book a last minute stay next to the port. Out of rushing and just wanting something 'cheap' I booked the first hotel I could find with availability, and not really expecting anything spectacular BUT, we were pleasantly surprised. Firstly Alex went above and beyond and stayed well beyond his hours to ensure we checked in, he was very informative and quick. He made it all very easy and stress free. Upon arrival, we were a little worried as the area (at midnight when we arrived) looked slightly dodgy, but, once inside the hotel and in our room we were extremely happy and surprised. The hotel was very clean and modern, it had views over the port from the balcony and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel especially based n the special service given by Alex.

Hosana, the receptionist at Bella Capri was superb! Despite not having fluent English, she went above and beyond to help us. We had a late night train and she arranged to keep our bags for the days as we were on a trip away from Naples. The room itself was clean, particularly the bathroom which seemed very newly fitted. Instructions on how to access the building erected went well in advance and were clear to follow.

The stairs! Walking up 8 flights of stairs many times a day because you don’t have a 5 cent count for the lift gets very annoying very quickly.

The Bella Capri hotel is the best place in Naples for travelers - near to Alibus stop, near to Stazione Marittima, Castel Nuovo, Metro station and 15 min walking to Piazza del Plebescito and Galleria Umberto I It was clean, new and modern furnished and the view for room 23 was amazing! The stuff was kind and friendly. When I come back to Naples, this will my place for sure

Everything was perfect!

The room felt very clean and modern. Full of light and also many wall plugs to charge a phone. We only stayed one night before going back home and it was also very close to get a bus from there to the airport. We came by ferry from Ischia so also found the ferry terminal close by.

The room did not even one chair. We missed having one.

Very good location. Nice and helpful staff. Very clean. Near the ferry. And some good place to eat near by. You have to go on 6th floor with elevator but its only 0.5cents to pay so its very cheap. And we went out in the monday mornig (weekend elevator was free) so the stuff gave the cents for free couz we didnt have coins. Was really clean, beds comfortable.

Near entrance was three mens who was waiting while we press the entrance kode and wanted to go in together. But lucky me i was with my boyfriend and he just closed the doors strongly and fast.

Everything was walkable from here. The lift is chargeable at certain times but they gave us the coins to use. If we ran out we could ask for more. Huge balcony with views over the port. The airport bus stop was a few minutes walk to the property.

It was difficult to find. The lifts are very old.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a lovely balcony. It was perfect to stop over after a late flight to Naples and an early boat to Ishcia. We were able to check in after reception shut by emailing in advance which was really simple. Overall great stay.

Overhead lighting. No clear instructions about WiFi.

The view and location was amazing The staff was very helpful and kind at the beginning I didn’t like the room but after I talk to the lady on reception she change it for us and the second room was amazing all the things was new very modern and clean with amazing view I loved it , everything is around you
