I loved the spa and gym

I was disappointed that the pool was closed. Should have lowered the price as a result. The shower didn’t work The control panel unclear- lights, curtains, room service??

This hotel was a wonderful oasis in such a busy city as Naples. The rooms were beautifully designed and felt luxurious. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

I would like to have seen more fruit options at the breakfast buffet but apart from that there is great choice and the food tasted delicious. The rooftop pool area is quite shaded during the day but the view of Vesuvius is fabulous.

The service was excellent in all departments, but we would single-out the front of house team and Carmen Pinto as being particularly attentive and helpful - they really exemplify the courtesy and the kindness that we experienced in Naples. The lay-out and decoration of the room was excellent. The buffet breakfast was both extensive and great quality. Great views of the port and bay of Naples.

There were no negative aspects at all.

one of the best hotels I have ever had the luck to try. the strand was excellent... the room was perfection, but what was overwhelming was the art and decor. wherever your eyes went there was something amazing to see. great art and sculpture: great japanese artifacts... traditional and modern art seamlessly blended together. the best Cactus Garden I have ever seen... an Amazing breakfast.... just a true one-of-a-kind world class facility.

there was not one thing that was less than exactly right

Romeo ataff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The facility was amazing we booked the wellness room and were blown away by the amenities in it. Our stay was relaxing. The food at restaurant and breakfast was very good (a little pricey). We will definatley be back!

Food was a little pricey at IL Bar which is their casual restaurant. Also found valet to be a little over priced. Other than that was an amazing stay!

Romeo Hotel is a true 5 star hotel on an excellent location right at the border of the Centro Historico, the harbour and the Plaza Plebiscito. We had a rental car, that they take care of through Valet Parking. We needed it to go to Pompei, which was about 30 minutes away from the hotel. The staff is true Italian Hospitality, they made us feel super welcome, helped us with restaurant bookings and took very good care of us in general

Our only improvement point is: The pool is really quite small: our kids are 18-21 and they had hoped to ‘make a splash’, but this pool is just to cool down. At the same time, it provides a spectacular view on the Vesuvius.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Everything was perfect. I think this hotel has one of the best view in Naples when you’re in the hight floor. I want to say thank you to Carmen who take care of us and made our staying very enjoyable. Because of Carmen we had the best view and were really happy during our staying in Romeo hotel. Also another staff was very good, everybody are very friendly and trying to help with any problems. And again, we are really thankful for the room which we got, it was 6 floor and it was wonderful. I will never forget this view!

the top floor was closed so could not go to the restaurant and also was not too keen on the shower set up as if you have privacy from the bedroom you can still be seen in the bathroom, I personally like more privacy / separate en suite. location: although easy walking distance to the rest of the city there were some undesirable areas to walk through (although this is no fault of the hotel)

Naples is notoriously known for lacking good international standard lodging. And thus staying at Romeo was a welcomed changed! The rooms are smart, the design is elegant and definitely projects a character of its own. The b’fast and games room was spot on.

The only serious drawback was an advice by the concierge. We needed to pick up our rented car from Avis and I have asked where their airport office are located? The concierge confidently instructed us to take a taxi to the airport’s terminal. In reality the car rental centre is located off site at Naples airport and we ended wasting about 1/2 hour and having a good fight to get on a shuttle bus there from the terminal building, when we could have simply gone there directly from the hotel with a taxi. These are such details that make a great property out a good one. Wish Romeo’s crew to brush up their local knowledge to offer the guests a more accurate advice! Then it would become by far the best property in Naples for a weekend or quick stop over.

The hotel is built to a high end spec and looks very glamorous. The foyer and public areas were filled with art and the spaces all smelled lovely. Breakfast buffet was very extensive and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is a lot in the hotel that is more about style than utility. Lighting in the bathroom was more clever than it needed to be. Clean lines around the sink area looked very nice but left nowhere to hang towels. The view from the bedroom was awful, (we were in the 4th floor at the back) although the receptionist called it a “City View”. I chose the hotel due to the Michelin starred restaurant which I booked for dinner for our last night on holiday. I had a confirmed booking and only found out at check-in that the restaurant was closed!
