The location is right by both the port and rhe Metro station, so has great access to transportation. The room has a huge TV and the bed/linens are very comfortable. The room is really clean and the buffet breakfast nice, providing hot and cold selections. The terrace where you have your breakfast provides a beautiful view of the castle and port. The staff are friendly and helpful. I always stay at Mecures in Italy.

Great breakfast on a breakfast balcony with a view to Castel Nuovo. Nice room altogether. Close to the spanish quarter which is a must visit with narrow streets and a lot of busy, small restaurants. There is also a very nice restaurant in the street just behind the hotel that we unfortunately didn’t have time to try out.

If I have to point something out it would be that the smell of the shower gel was a bit spicy and strong for my taste :-)

The breakfast was amazing. It has a very high quality continental breakfast and a unique view just like in the pictures or better. A lot of variety and a nice terrace. The personnel was very friendly. The room and the location were good. It was worth the price.

The wifi was the only issue. as it was only accessible near the entrance of the room. I really did not mind this as the less internet the better for my vacation, however, sometimes is useful for online search of interesting places to visit, communication and tour booking. So, for individuals heavily depending on internet, I would request a room with guaranteed Wifi. Still, this hotel was very worth the price! Hood experience

Really exceeded my expectations! The room was like a mini apartment really, with a hall and the room and bathroom opening to the hall. It was spacious, well furnished, and very clean. The staff was professional and very friendly. I was able to check in earlier which was really nice as I had a red-eye flight. It has a nice lobby where you can wait for your flight too. Breakfast had a lot of options, all fresh, and the service tables were kept well. The terrace which oversees the port and the castle was the best part of the breakfast. The location is by the port, while it may not be the neatest place in Napoli, it is near to a lot of good restaurants, within walking distance to the waterfront and attractions, and also close to the metro station. So all this access to various transportation makes it a great choice. It is right by the Alibus which is a sort of an express bus to and from the airport so I didn't even have to take a taxi or carry my luggage around the metro. It is every 15 minutes. It is going through a renovation though (exterior), but the windows were iced (still lets the light in but don't expect a view), and the noise due to the renovation was minimal, so it did not bother me at all.

The location is excellent. It's across the street from the port where you can take a ferry to Capri, Almafi etc. It's also across the street from the Municipo Metro station. Hotel is in a safe area and is very clean. The breakfast room has a outdoor terrace you can sit and eat and look at the beautiful view of tge harbour and castle.

The hotel is very central and a great place for those who like exploring cities on foot. Great base to access to the port, hop on/hop off bus tours, Spanish quarter and many other attractions. The room was snug and accurate for my length of stay and the little balcony was a lovely feature that surprised me. The room service was also perfect and the general feel to the hotel was very welcoming.

I always stay in Mercure hotels. The breakfast was super, the view from terrace was insane. Staff, location, bed was nice. All in all i loved it.

The cleanlines.. The wall needs to be repainted in the room. The bathroom needs to have a big renovation. all in all . Little bit too pricy for this cleanliness.

Location: this is the best location, close to most attractions. also very close to the port (with boats to Amalfi and Capri), and very close to the airport shuttle bus (Alibus) start station (this helped a lot because we had to take the bus to airport due to Taxi Drivers Strike that day). at the back of the hotel, just 10 meters away, there is the best restaurant with very reasonable price. Breakfast: nice buffet, provided in a very safe way to prevent covid-19. Room: nice room. a bit small but still OK. the safe is very good: big enough to put a 14" laptop inside the safe.

It is better to prepare the package (cups, tea and coffee) in advance, so the guest can easily fetch it. it was prepared well but not everyday. Lack of maps and tourist information. when i asked a map, i just got a small map with poor print quality. Good to prepare umbrellas in case guests need.

Staff was kind and helpful and arranged a taxi for us in the middle of the night. Location is very close to airport bus station, port and metro station. Plenty of high rated restaurants around and historical landmarks.

The room we were in could use at least a paint job - a shoe footprint was visible on the ceiling, and chipped paint. Bathroom door was very noisy when opening or closing. The door to the hallway was not soundproof.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great and the location was great

They were remodeling and we had to use temporary ramps to get in and out. But this is temporary.
