Very good location - 1 minute walk from Napoli Centrale station and airport bus stop, and 10 minutes to Spaccanapoli. Large rooms with comfortable beds, it was a good stop off at the end of my trip before heading to the airport.

Not many plug sockets in the room, had to unplug the tv to charge my phone.

Great location, good size room with ensuite bathroom. Bit worn round the edges - rustic, but price was very good. It was clean and a good base to explore Naples being a few minutes from the central station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely experience thank you.

There was a mini fridge in our room which was really useful, but no kettle, which was disappointing. It hasn't said there would be in the room description but I wrongly assumed that they were a staple of most hotel rooms. Also you have to hold the shower head if you want a shower as it's not got an overhead holder. But still worked well.

The place was clean and central and the staff were helpful

There was no tea or coffee in the room which would have been really good. Also small things like no toilet paper and a broken hair dryer, both were sorted quickly.

My nice, clean room was larger than I expected with plenty of room to spread out my luggage. I got off the Alibus at Garibaldi Station and had a quick, easy walk to the hotel in maybe 5 minutes. I didn't use the shower since I got in very late and was leaving early the next morning, but the bathroom was very clean. My bed was comfortable, and there was no noise from my neighbors and almost no noise from the street. (I was on the 4th floor and used the convenient elevator.) In order to keep the room lights from shutting off, you need to insert your room key into a slot near the door. There were several different restaurants nearby, especially with the Central Station so close. Staff were pleasant and professional, and my check-in and check-out went quickly. There is a nice luggage storage area, as well.

It is fine for this price and the location is great, 2 minutes to metro, bus, etc... I was in the town early morning and drop off my luggage around 8- 9 am before check in which help me a lot to explore city. The room is big and (my room) was clean. Air conditioner is nice. It is good for budget solo travelers. But maybe not very satisfying for other travelers.

The lights are not enough. The room is a bit dark. The noise because of the thin walls ( I mean the noise from other rooms, not the street noise)

Whenever I have to stay over in Naples I always stay here because of its perfect location for getting about. The Central train station, busses, trams, taxis and the underground are all literally a stone's throw away. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. It goes without saying that I take prices into consideration of course, and Hotel Eden is very competitive in that respect - particularly considering its central location. No meals are available on the premises but there are endless eateries in the direct vicinity to suit all budgets.

I like that it is close to the central station.

The wake up service. Because my cellphone was not with me on my last night, I asked the front desk person to give me a ring to wake me up at 6 am the next day as I was catching an early morning train. I happened to wake up at 5 am and so I started doing paper work while waiting for the wake up call as my sign to start moving to leave. As I was almost done with my work and no wake up call yet, I decided to check my time pice and, my God, it was almost 7 am.

The hotel was actually good. The bathroom was clean.It had soap,towells etc. The bed was comfy. The staff was kind and helpfull. They let me leave my luggage when i checked out.

Althought the location was close to the railway station , it was dangerous and have to go with caution, especially in the night. In the bathroom, there was a nail on the floor to stop the door hiting the wall. If you dont pay attention, you can step on it. So, be careful.

This little hotel is literally 3 minutes from the train station, easy walking. The staff were friendly and helpful answering all my questions. It's not a quiet neighborhood because it's so central but with the windows closed the room was quiet. It's an old building and I liked that, the room was large with a huge bathroom and bath. Bed was comfy and everything really spotless.

Unfortunately the rooftop terrace was not open which would have given amazing views over the city.

Actually, everything was ok but I couldn't have the window open during the night because of the noise from outside, but the room had aircondition so this is not the problem for those who like sleeping with aircondition on. I don't, but in the middle of the night I had to turn it on becuase I couldn't breath otherwise. Everything was all right, nice and big room and big bathroom. All you need is there.

Pillows were not comfortable for me but this is completely subjective thing.
