The location is a double-edged sword: on the positive side, it is close to the main train station; however, the downside is that the area has a significant number of pickpockets targeting tourists, making it feel unsafe in that part of Naples. The room was bright, clean, and nice, and none of our belongings were stolen from the room, which was a big relief. The person who greeted us spoke basic English. While you can't expect him to be your local guide, he disappeared after check-in, and we never saw him again. Despite this, our overall impression of the hotel was positive.

There is a kettle in the room for preparing hot water, but it is the cheapest type, made entirely of plastic, which gives the boiling water an unpleasant plastic smell. This is particularly disappointing if you enjoy a good cup of tea, as I do. In the shared kitchen area, there is a better kettle made of steel, which doesn't impart a plastic smell to the water. However, the lid of this kettle was broken.

The location was perfect close to the train station, restaurants and small independent grocery stores were handy. Coffee and tea were supplied in the kitchen area and room was spacious enough for the 2 of us and our luggage

The lift and stairs to get to the 4th floor. If you are young and backpacking it's not an issue but if you are older and have suitcases it was but upon our arrival Fabio was there to assist us with the suitcases and the lift.

The location was very near to the old city center and the Napoli Central Station, we preferred to walk to most places. Our host, Fabio, was very helpful and available for any other information we asked during our stay. We would certainly recomand to other people.

The street was not very clean and there were some dubious people around the area but it's normal for that part of the city. Nothing scary though.

Loved the communication from them. Very prompt with any questions I had and also the ease of the checking in/out process. In terms of the apartment, the proximity to the train station was great. Also, the bus from the airport that takes around 10/15 mins and it's a 5 min walk to the apartment which is awesome.

The area around to some can seem a bit rough but we had no trouble and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. WiFi was hit and miss but I get free internet on my phone so didn't affect me. Had to pay city tax on arrival that I wasn't aware of (but that may be in the information and I just didn't read it properly!) - it wasn't a lot anyway.

Very much appreciated location to the bus station although that brings some of its own issues as well. Paolo was exceptional in meeting us late at night to let us into the place. Patricia was very sweet and helped us with coffee and conversation in the morning.

 The Wi-Fi was intermittent at best. Depending on what part of the room you were in as to whether you actually got a signal. I think that something that should be addressed. 

The host was very helpful, going above expectations regarding service. He was also very nice and went the extra mile for his visitors. PS. also cheap minibar.

The walls between the rooms might bee a bit to thin.

everything in the room was brand new, looked as though no-one had stayed there before. The city is bustling and loud, but the room is at the back of the building away from the street, so there was no noise

Although there was a kettle and cups and a few tea bags, there was no spoon and the kettle had a short cord, making it difficult to pour hot water into cups, which you had to hold lower than the kettle.

The nice bed was comfortable, it was so pretty and nicely decorated it was such an amazing little spot to stay in naples. And it was in such a good location close to the train station. There was coffee maker, fridge, and a little kitchen area outside. It was easy to find as well and an nice employee met us on the street and helped us find the place

The room was very nice, modern, clean, new and big. Location was perfect, very close to the railway station (direct connection to Pompei ruins by train Circumvesuviana for only 3 EUR and also to Salerno). Paolo and Fabio were very helpful and ready to answer all our questions anytime we needed it. Close to the historic center as well.

The quarter seemed to be not very safe at first sight however was very quite and everything was ok. Later we realized that the whole Naples seems to be more dangerous and dirty than other italian cities :(

The location was perfect, very central, and close to the best transport options to the airport, Amalfi coast, Pompeii, etc. Also walking distance of shopping streets, restaurants, and main attractions. Fabio was excellent, he helped us settle in even though we arrived quite early, and he also gave some great recommendations. The cleaning ladies were also very nice :)

Nothing! Some might find the neighbourhood sketchy but we were two girls travelling and felt safe at all times. We also came back late a couple of nights.
