It's a cute place, nicely decorated. Communication with the owner is smooth and she was very helpful and fast to respond. There were snacks in the room which was very welcoming after a long day of traveling. The room has a mini fridge and everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

As a single female traveler the street where the place is, didn't generate confidence, but it is just around the corner from the main railway station which explains a lot. Unfortunately the cleaning wasn't done properly when I stayed.

the location is near the train station "stazione centrale". , When you arrive in Naples by train it takes you 5 minutes to reach the room and drop your luggage - You are also near the subway that takes you 20 minutes to go to the harbour for the boat for Capri ; you also are 15 minutes from spaccaNapoli by feet. Nice room very clean , nice bathroom.

You must be used to the old Naples building , the main entrance of the building may look "old" but the B&B and the rooms are super clean and modern.

Naples is a great city. Many reviews say the area is not great, but if you want to be near the station for day trips and convenience (as we did) then this is a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, safe and secure. The station is less than 5 minute walk, and the area is busy with bars and restaurants, but the room is super quiet and has everything you need for a short stay. Valentina was really friendly and helpful, and let us leave our bags early so that we could enjoy our day. Always on hand to answer any questions we had. Breakfast is in a cafe down the road.

It would have been nice to have a fridge available, maybe in the communal area, especially as we were staying a few nights, but not a biggie.

The place ia great! Valentina is one of the best hosts we had in a long time and she always answered fast and helped us. The rooms are cleaned daily and the bed was made every time we returned from the city ❤️You may sometimes hear people entering the place, but during our stay the people who stayed in other rooms were quiet. The breakfast joint is right near the corner and they give you a good coffee and a croissant (I recommend the pistachio one). Valentina’s house is maybe 10-15 minutes from the city center and it’s very conveniant located near the railway station which makes it great for heading out of the city to Pompeii or Sorrento or Portofino.

The place is located near Garibaldi square which is the railway station. Please be very very cautious when returning through the sqare late at night. Luckly Valentina’s Place has a huge iron door and it’s not too far down the street. In conclusion, the place is great, Valentina is an excellent host but be cautious while strolling through Garibaldi.

We spent three nights here. The location is fantastic, only a 5 minute walk from the train station. It is also very close to some very nice restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and well presented. Valentina was a great host and messaged us with key details (doors codes, etc.) prior to our arrival. The breakfast included is nice (a pastry and coffee from a nearby cafè (breakfast voucher provided in room)).

For us, we prefer a slightly more substantial breakfast, but we completely understand that it is subjective, and the breakfast we did have was lovely!

Valentina is a nice host. We got key codes for opening door to Whatsapp on time. It was easy to find accomodation. It is well secured. Room is spacious and clean. The window faces the street, but there is no noise at night. The bed is comfortable. We got a voucher for a breakfast every day (croissant + coffee at near bakery). Accomodation has perfect pozition - near train and metro station, port and 20 minutes to the airport. You can travel to many beautiful places. We reccomend this accomodation.

The nearest streets are little wild. I wouldn't feel safe here alone. Better be with somebody there. We saw lots of refugees, homelesses and rubish.

From her kindness and explanation to the extra location and the apartment which was clean and tidy and welcoming (water, something sweet and coffee, well done, that's how guests are welcomed) and there was nothing I didn't like.

You can hear people from other rooms like if they were just beside you. Also when other guests come in the lock on the door is very loud and the door as well when closing, there could be a sponge isolation to avoid it or only key opening after certain hour instead of the buzzer. the upper bunkbed does not have any socket to charge phone. shower door opening to the toilet which was not very practical but not a major issue. There could also be a door bell outside of the building or information how to get in. we had to message the property and the area did not look the safest one.

Self check-in, extremely comfortable bed, modern apartment with very nice design, balcony, air condition, breakfast in café nearby was nice.

Neighborhood and condition of the house outside of the apartment. It would be nice if the owner of apartments send information about how self checkin works immediately after reservation, because it is not very nice when people ring in the midnight, because they did not notice any message on whatsapp - not everybody can check internet due to data problems etc…

we were nicely welcomed. i was with my mom and booked one night to be close to the railway station. be aware that at the main gate, outside, there's a separate ringer for Valentine's house. the area is a little bit shady, but you shouldn't have any problems as it's a main street and there are lots of people and even the police (as the railway station is around the corner). the breakfast is a croissant and a coffee. nice to have. we were able to leave our luggage in the small reception area which has video surveillance. i recommend for short stays.
