Location was amazing, lots of things a short walk away. Our suite was on the top floor which came with a stunning terrace that overlooked the sea. Very comfy bed and decent breakfast selection.

Would have liked a smart TV in the bedroom when we were relaxing - only Italian channels available. Bathroom was a bit dated with a strange smell and the bath plug didn’t work. There were also a number of ants in the room but i expect they were coming in from the terrace when the door was left open. Sad that the pool doesn’t open in May as it was already very warm and would have loved a swim.

Nice but slightly worn down hotel in a quiet corner of the harbour. I got a lovely room with a splendid view of the sea and Capri. In the bathroom, however, there was a strong smell of sewage, probably due to a broken water seal. Incomprehensible why this had not been fixed. Had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times, and going in there was very unpleasant.

Fantastic location on the lungomare in front of the Castel dell’Ovo. We were a family of 4 (two kids ages 4 & 9) and my mom - had a family room (sleeps 3) and a standard (sleeps 2). Both had beautiful sea views - worth paying more for the view! We loved having the breakfast (with a view of the castle and water) and cappuccinos every morning- staff was really friendly. Beautiful rooftop bar & pizza spot with great views, accessible pool (cold salt water, unique design, reservation required, no hot tub). Love the location right on the water and lots of restaurant option, close to prime shopping streets as well. Rooms are clean and more classic, not updated, but everything was comfortable! Location was worth it. Easy day trips to Capri, Amalfi & Sorrento.

Would have loved a connecting room but it was a busy weekend in September and they weren’t available. Also would have loved if there was a hot tub/jacuzzi.

Perfect location! Everything within walking distance. We had a lovely balcony sea view of the Castel dell'Ovo. Room nice and clean We went for a little wander around, and found the pool. I believe it is 5 euro per hour and you have to pre book. We did not use the pool but I dipped my feet in and the pool lady quickly came over to ask if I had a reservation. Gym is adequate with a good variety of free weights, treadmill, bike etc. You need a separate key card for the gym which you can get from reception. Breakfast was buffet style with a good variety hot and cold options, eggs, bacon, continental breakfast with pasties etc Overall good spot for the one night we needed in Naples before moving onto Sorrento

It was in the perfect position We had a deluxe double room on a high floor facing the sea & overlooking Castle Ovo where there was a delightful small marina & very nice restaurants The room was very clean and comfortable Good choice of breakfast Small pool area on the roof with plenty of sun beds however, you do have to book a 2 hour slot but it was very quiet when we visited in September ( I can see why booking would be necessary in high season) We enjoyed a lovely lunch there as well - great club sandwich Lovely staff ! A very nice roof top bar too - the ideal spot to sit and enjoy the sunset

I had a sea view room with balcony that gave wonderful views across the bay. The room was spacious and there was considerable attention to detail to provide comfort - a fridge with complementary water replenished each day, for example. A good breakfast was included in the price. The location is very good - close to restaurants and bars but walkable to the centre. The Via Partenope is pedestrianised so it is very quiet.

The only slight complaint I would have about the room is that though there were tea/coffee making facilities no milk was provided - perhaps because putting milk in tea is a peculiarly English thing! While most of the staff were very pleasant I did come across one who was actually rather rude and unhelpful.

This hotel was gorgeous. We had a beautiful balcony over looking the seafront. There were buskers at night and people watching all day. The thing that let it down was the air conditioning in our room was non existent! We didn’t sleep for the 5 nights we were there. When we did sleep we did with our head at the door of the bed and wet towels around our necks. It was hot and sticky and very unpleasant. Such a shame as this hotel would have scored 10 out of 10. The breakfast and views from the restaurant were fabulous. Fix the AC and we will be back.

As said before the air conditioning did not work. As you walked into the room at the end of a hot sweaty day it was “ugh, just a warm room. Throw open the doors in the hope of a sea breeze”

We booked a partial sea view room and were very pleased with the view we had from the balcony of the room. In the early evenings we loved walking on the sea wall in fron of the hotel that extended for at least a mile in either direction. After walking we ate in the hotel dining room with its beautiful view directly over the water. We were happy with the room and its amenities as well as the breakfast buffet with its attentive staff that had no problems serving the large number of our fellow guests. However, timing of taking breakfast was the determing factor as to whether a table with an amazing view of the water was available.

The bathtub shower was smaller in width than most showers and felt cramped.

Many options for breakfast and started early which is great foe those who leave for site seeing. The staff was the friendliness I experienced in naples and always eager to help. Room servic always tried to accommodate. Balcony and view

Even though breakfast started at 630 which is reasonable maybe there could be other options for those who have to leave by 6 or 630 because of trains or flight. I only had breakfast once because I had an early flight and or ferry departure times. Maybe just on day of departure? Pay to use to pool Should have a bar/snack shop to buy panini or coffee on the GO inside hotel.

This is a fine hotel. Our bedroom with a sea view was spacious and clean. The view across the bay is lovely. The public areas of the hotel are stylish and spotlessly clean and the staff are very professional. The location is ideal for walking along the bay and a multitude of restaurants and bars are close at hand.

We didn’t have any milk in our fridge for tea or coffee (a v minor complaint) and the TV is a little tricky to work. My only real observations are about the lack of a toothbrush charging point in the bathroom, and there was only one accessible plug area to recharge our phones.
