The decor was quirky and fun, the directions were clear and helpful so it was easy to find. Loved the kitchen / breakfast area it was open and you could make yourself tea/coffee anytime. The staff were helpful. The room was very large with plenty of room for 3 of us and the air con was effective.

Lots of stairs to get there. There is a lift but you have to climb some stairs to get to the bottom of the lift. There was a complicated system with 10c coins that we didn’t completely understand! Not the Napoli Tree’s fault as it’s a communal lift. Worth being aware of if you would have mobility issues / lots of luggage.

We absolutely loved our stay at Napoli Tree - The people running the B&B were kind, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, from helping us book taxis to organising an early breakfast if needed. They really did make our stay for my husband's 50th birthday very special. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It provided a heaven of cool calmness for our busy city break.Nothing The accommodation is in a perfect location as it's near to the beautiful seafront with lots of restaurants and it's also only a short walk into the main city shops area.

Nothing to dislike, we loved it all!!

What a find! One of the best boutique hotels we've ever stayed in. We arrived early and were able to drop off our bags while we went exploring. Our host was very accommodating throughout our stay. But the best was yet to come. Our host had upgraded our room to what I can only describe as an apartment (minus the kitchen). It was huge! The decoration was lovely. It also had a small balcony. Everything about it was done to a high standard. Well done! But wait, there's more. When our host was showing us the dining area, two young women were at a table. When he gave the breakfast hours, they both gave big "thumbs up" - they weren't wrong. Breakfast was exceptional! A compact serving area contained any- and everything you could want. Cake for breakfast! (Regional and delicious) Eggs, meats, cheeses, and more! I should mention that it is located within 1 1/2 blocks of the waterfront and its many restaurants and attractions. All of the above for only 101 euros, so not only a fantastic place to stay, it was a bargain! Stay here, you won't be sorry.

The location is perfect, one street back from the waterfront and close to multiple restaurants and attractions. The ambiance is quite charming and the breakfast was amazing! The room has high ceilings and size. Most importantly, the staff was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

We loved it! Nothing to complain about! One possible drawback if you are mobility challenged, it’s in the 3rd fooor of the building. There is an elevator but you have to go up a few stairs to get to it as it’s an older building. Other than that it’s perfect.

A Warm and Memorable Stay at Napoli Tree Napoli Tree is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the seaside promenade, making it easy to explore the heart of Naples without hassle. The breakfast was top-notch: generous, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. The entire place was spotless and full of character – there’s a certain warmth in the atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. A special shout-out to Salvatore and Ciro, who were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention made us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than visitors at a hotel. If I had to point out one downside, it would be the check-out time, which felt a bit too early. A slightly later check-out would give guests the chance to enjoy a more relaxed morning before leaving. Other than that, it was a flawless experience – a perfect mix of comfort, authenticity, and genuine hospitality. I would definitely return!

This place was bigger than I expected. It was beautiful and clean. Ciro and Nicole were both very helpful during our stay. They would arrange our taxi and also gave us a little breakfast bag to go since we departed very early. They were very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early. I loved everything about this place including the breakfast spread. Lots of things to chose from. They gave us water and coffee available throughout the day. There is a little refrigerator with drinks available in your room.

It was a little difficult to find but we didn't realize it was on the 3rd floor. Luckily there is a person in the entrance that directed us to the place.

I had a fantastic stay at the Napoli tree. The room was massive beyond what we expected. It was lovely having table a chairs to sit with a coffee together while we planned our day. The room was clean and towels regularly changed. I personally love that the balcony had doors to close as well as curtains ensuring no light got in at night. Had fantastic breakfast that suited both our different tastes lots of homemade cakes for me and toast, cheese, meats, eggs for my friend and plenty of fruit. We loved you could help yourself to coffee and tea in the kitchen (as brits we loved that) and odd snack was lovely to come back to when tired. Staff were super friendly and helpful advising places to visit, giving us a map of our whereabouts, places to eat and organised our very early morning taxi making our journey back to the airport hassle free.

Yes there was traffic noise but it’s a city we expected that it never kept us awake in any way. Could may consider some shampoo/ body wash in rooms.

The location is perfect, near the waterfront and city centre. The staff were really nice, they made sure we felt welcome at all times and helped us call a taxi back to the airport as there was a public transport strike on the day of our departure. The breakfasts were great, even though there were a bit too much sweet stuff to our taste (but baked by one of the personnel´s mom!) but that´s just a personal preference. I really appreciated that they offered soy milk in my cappuccino as I am lactose-intolerant. The room itself was cosy, offered a small fridge. We liked the design of the room as well, it was just really nice to be in. The old lift to the third floor and the little door inside the green entrance door were a funny addition to an overall amazing experience with Napoli Tree.

The only thing we did not like was that the rooms were not sound-proof. Like, at all. We could hear every single word and every single step from other guests, as well as the cutlery clinking at breakfast time. However, it seemed like the owners wanted to deal with this as on our last day, a re-construction of the walls in the room next to ours began (or at least it seemed like it).

The staff were amazing, Isabelle in reception was very welcoming and helpful. Was happy to answer any questions and help us to get anything we needed. Salvatore was a great help in recommending places to go in Pompeii and travel tips. They gave us umbrellas to borrow and water bottles to combat the heat, which was super helpful! Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of food and drink, with all the cakes being made fresh by Salvatore’s mother each day. They gave us a Polaroid memento at the end of our trip, which was very sweet. Absolutely brilliant stay, just bring a 10c with you for the first trip up as you have to pay for the lift. Reception has coins for you to take for each subsequent lift journey.

Wonderful stay at Napoli Tree! The accommodation was excellent – the rooms were very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. We were especially impressed with the breakfast – a very generous and varied selection of food, something for everyone. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality accommodation in Naples!
