The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is located in a very convenient location next to the train, subway and bus station and walkable distance to the port. Even if it is right next to numberless shops, restaurants etc. , I could sleep at night without being disturbed. The owner (or manager?) and the cleaning lady, were both very polite and helpful. There is coffee and some snacks for free in the kitchen which was nice and thoughtful from their side.

A small fridge in the room would be great. However, the lack of it, was not such a huge deal because there's a common fridge in the kitchen.

The accommodation is positioned in the heart of the Naples, walking distance from everything. The double beds are big, with good mattresses, the windows have blinds, we have slept very well. We had access to a small kitchen for a tea or a good coffee in the morning. The temperature in the rooms was good for December. The host is very friendly, he gave us a lot of information about the area and the places to visit or to eat. Very good place to stay, we will definitely come back.

The baths need to be maintained just a little more. We had some issues with the shower cap, but we could solve it ourselves.

the location is excellent and the help given to us by our host Giorgio was second to none. as it was my first time there, i learnt that Naples is a very big city but being just outside spaccanapoli and a few metres off Via Toledo i visconti is situated in a sweet spot. moreover, giorgio was always ready to help via whatsapp with tips and thoughts and also booked a table for us at a fabulous restaurant on one occasion! highly recommended.

could not give a 10/10 because of the breakfast. Whilst i liked the fact that it was given in a local bar (cafe dei lombardi) where locals go, with an authentic experience of neapolitan life, i feel that those who do not like a sweet breakfast will be disappointed. luckily for me this was not am issue with delicious cornetti and brioche!

The location, steps away from main thoroughfare, Via Toledo; and the stimulating Piazza Dante, was ideal. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Dante also housed multiple venues for meals, aperitifs and access to cobblestone streets and alleys offering shops, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, churches and more. Really, the location was a key advantage to I Visconti. The room was carved out of one of these grand old Napolitan palazzi. Towering ceilings (I think our room was taller than it was wide and it was wide enough!) and a window onto the courtyard were typical pluses. We had everything we needed; bathroom fixtures worked well as did the air conditioning unit, necessary at the end of June. The housekeeper came every morning so we had fresh sheets and clean room to come home to every evening. There was coffee available in a small kitchen down the hall each morning. But by far the biggest asset of I Visconti was its host, Giorgio. Giorgio had a slew of helpful information available at a moment's notice. And I mean a moment's. Glued to his WhatsApp account he was immediately responsive to every question and whim. He set us up with maps, restaurants and even a last-minute AirB&B rental in Positano, including precise ferry schedules. And on his own weekend vacation he made an after-opera reservation for us at a portside restaurant that was waiting for us with glasses of Prosecco! Giorgio WAS I Visconti and he singly made our trip one of the most memorial we have ever taken. Grazie tante Giorgio!

All I can say is that the room, which was perfectly adequate, paled next to the extraordinary service we received from our host. There really was nothing we did not like about our stay.

My friend and I stayed from Saturday to Monday. The b&b is in a very typical building and still retains some original features, including the old stairs, the ceilings and the inner court. Our room was extremely clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is just great,as in a few leaps you are either in the middle of Spacca Napoli or in the city centre or the Quartieri Spagnoli. Easy to get there with the metro.

The mattresses were nor the best ( sunken in the middle) and the bathroom had neither a window nor ventilation.

This Bad & Breakfast is fantastic: clean, accessible and in a good location. In general, all the staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was great. Fantastic location in the middle of "Spaccanapoli", really quite but close to many restaurants and pubs. Totally recommend

I had the most wonderful stay at I Visconti in Naples! The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was centered in a perfect spot as a first time and solo traveler to Italy I was very skeptical at first and did not know what to expect but I truly enjoyed it. There’s so many restaurants and shops in walking distance it was very convenient. All was clean and welcoming.

Great location in the heart of the city, reachable by foot, train, bus. Walking distance towards main touristic sites. Very clean room, very helpful and friendly staff

Napoli is a very noisy city, day and night. Isolation of the windows was not enough to keep it outside

Visconti is in a perfect location - you can get easily everywhere in Napoli - a few steps from the best food, bars, metro and local trains. Staff is very nice and helpful - we got great pizza recommendations from Giorgio! He even gave us his phone number to WhatsApp him if we need anything and he was responding very quickly! we really enjoyed our stay!

We basically loved our stay - what could maybe improve it even better would be better pillows

The building was nice and so were the decorations. Giorgio was a great, helpful host. The b&b is in the shopping area so a lot of nice shops are nearby as well as the attractions. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I just wished it wasn't 2 floors up cause I had heavy luggage. Also walls are thin
