Breakfast - location great, service great, for only a coffee and croissant Rooms were nice, very clean, Camilla was very attentive even though not present at all times she was very responsive. Place is on Main Street in middle of Town.

Could not find IstayinToledo!! Web site picture is building across street which led me to believe that was the location. I needed to call and thankfully Camilla literally came on balcony and directed me. I did not know what floor and walked stairs a bit but had to call again. Road is blocked so driver had to drop off a street away and pointed in direction for us to go.

Location was excellent! Right in the middle of restaurants and shopping. And despite the area being busy, our room was very quiet. It was at the side of the property and the view was of other buildings, air conditioning units and dirt, so nothing to look at - but we appreciated the silence! Breakfast was included at a cafe right next door to the guest house. The coffee and pastries were excellent! Camilla was our contact and she was so helpful and extremely pleasant.

An awesome hotel to experience Naples. I was considering a more expensive place with a sea view, but I'm so happy I stayed here: The central location is extraordinarily convenient, and there's plenty of parking garages just a block away. (You'll absolutely want to just leave your car there and get around Napoli with the metro or taxis). The hotel itself is spotless and clearly was recently upgraded. It had everything I expected. Staff were very friendly and got us checked in fast. You get keys that let you into the building and into your room entirely independently (this isn't a given for hotels in Italy). Breakfast is a coupon for a coffee/tea and a pastry, which was great.

This is a small guest house in the same building as a few other ones, including another hotel with "Toledo" in the name. We got there fine, but slightly better directions about what to expect would've made the experience smoother.

Location was great and the member of staff who checked me in was super friendly and professional. The area was vibrant and fun. The breakfast at the cafe a few doors down comprised of a coffee and pastry which i enjoyed outside in the morning sun.

Not much to dislike. There was some outside noise, but this is to be expected in such a vibrant area.

location location location was perfect it is located on the main street in Naples , there is a metro station 0.5 min from the gate and surprisingly there was no metro sounds at all! Fabio and Gianni are the best, we arrived at 2am due to delay and they stayed up for welcoming us rooms are great , clean.

Nice and spacious room in the centre of the Spanish Quarter, just in front of the famous Toledo metro station. Owner help us book a nearby parking (30e daily price).

You get a breakfast coupon for the nearby Toledo Bistro. The breakfast only include a single cake and a caffe, and it has to be improved a lot for the price.

Fabio greeted us and gave us information about Naples.The room was clean and very comfortable and we felt very secure.It is right in the heart of the city and easy to get around and see the sights.Would definitely recommend. Had a great stay thank you Fabio.

We LOVED the red room and the entire experience. Room was updated, modern, and secure. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful! We will definitely be back! The breakfast Cafe next door was cool! The private balcony was so cool at night! Get to see the hustle and bustle of the night life!

Good location! It is right next to the metro so be on the lookout as the hotel signage isn’t that big. Not hard to find though! Glad the elevator was working. Room looks and feels new. Close to castles, museums, shops, cafes, restaurants, the largest square in Naples and more! Special thanks to Alessio—their receptionist—who has been helpful!

Beautiful and clean. Comfortable room, just like in the pictures. Tv with lots of channels and English too. Great Central location and lovely cafe for breakfast with delicious fresh pastries and coffee, yum! Powerful shower with nice smelling shower gel/shampoo. Would definitely recommend and stay there again 👍
