Very good location for visiting Spanish Quarters and experimenting authentic neapolitan vibes. Quality - price ratio in favor of guests. Breakfast nice, light, italian style - sweet oriented starting at 07:30. (For those who wake up earlier than that and want coffee first thing in the morning I recommend Augustus: very close, opens at 6 and has true / technically correct espresso and cappuccino.) Good sound proof rooms. The hosts, Vincenzo (fantastic guy), his brother and father, were very kind, flexible, available and trustworthy. I highly recommend this accommodation and I would and probably will return here.

I loved everything about this place including the old style elevator with 10c provided for operation. The decor is a little dated but it adds character, all facilities were remarkably clean and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. They could not do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location is central in the Spanish Quater right in the heart of it. Most of Naples is easily accessible via public transport. Lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants near by which some amazing ones were recommended by the staff.

Great location, Vincenzo came out to look for us as we were a little lost . Room was nice and cool in a sweltering afternoon. Vincenzo's father greeted us for breakfast. Loved the evening in Naples, would definately go back.

Host is excellent, attentive, polite and available, was waiting for us outside of the property when we arrived. Location is great, right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter and walking distance to all amenities. Breakfast was included, perfect way to start the day with a fresh pastry and espresso.

The B&B is on the 4th floor, there is a lift however, it is on the small size (not ideal if you’re claustrophobic). We didn’t consider this a big issue, I’m literally splitting hairs to give a full review.

This was a perfect location for us. The Spanish Quarter is beautiful and bustling and there's no shortage of great places to eat! Vincenzo was lovely. He helped us out with any questions we had while we were there. The breakfast was a highlight for us too. Usually, we just skip breakfast in accomodation but this was worth it. Very nice coffee and fresh pastries every morning. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was big and we had a balcony that looked out onto the street which was an added bonus. As the area is busy, I was a little worried about noise at night but the balcony doors were thick and when they were closed, it was quiet. A couple of the reviews we read said it was hard to find but that wasn't the case at all. We had no problem getting there and the Toledo metro is really close. This was an ideal place for us to stay as a couple. Thanks, Vincenzo!

Air-conditioning, good breakfast, no noise from the street

The smell of dampness and mold was strong, it can be uncomfortable for a short-term stay and dangerous for a long one. We stayed in a "capri" room.

Very good location. Spacious room, very clean, nice breakfast. Hotel owners Gennaro and his son Vincenzo are fantastic, top guys, very polite, friendly and helpful. I got lost on my arrival, Vincent were outside, he asked my name, we entered in the building he helped me with my baggage. Both gave advice about the city and other places around to visit. I really enjoyed the hotel and the location, near metro Toledo. Definitely I will be back to Naples and back to this hotel.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right next to Via Toledo, one of the main streets. This street also has a metro station that takes you to the central station, which can be very convenient if you're going to visit Pompei or Ercolano. The building also has a rooftop where you can bring a beer or a takeaway pizza and enjoy the night view of the city. The breakfast was very good, we specially enjoyed the brioches. Genaro made us feel at home and gave us a lot of recommendations about the city. Overall a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone who is traveling to Naples.

Excellent location, very close to all the things you'll need. Plenty of shops and good restaurants nearby. The terrace is a nice bonus. Very friendly owners, no questions will remain unanswered. Vincenzo helped us with a lot of info, including help to our drive to the airport (at 4:00 AM). Overall, it's one of the best areas / hotels you can find in Naples, and a great value for money.

The breakfast can be better. I know in the southern Italy the breakfast means all sweets, which we had plenty of, but try to offer some cheese, ham and eggs.

Our room was close to their roof top terraza which was great for hanging out in the evening. The location is right in the middle of the Spanish quarter which is super lively all the time (so maybe not the best for people who are seeking a quieter stay ). The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast that was included only consisted of a variety of croissants and sweet cakes and coffee/juice tea.
