Great accommodation with exception service. Location was perfect for visiting the Spanish Quarter, Historic Centre and the waterfront. Felt safe at all times as Toledo is also one of the main shopping areas (I had considered booking accommodation near Central Station/Piazza Garibaldi and glad I didn't). Breakfast was very good with very attentive service. A little gem of a place to stay when in Naples and the free minibar was a nice touch.

Really struggling to find any negative points. Exceeded my expectations for a B&B with lots of nice touches e.g. chocolates in the room, free minibar, really helpful recommendations for restaurants, places to visit.

Good location on the main street through Naples; a short walk to the Spanish Quarter with bars and restaurants and also not far to the historical centre. Also really convenient for the Metro stop Torode - which is a 8 minute ride from the Central Station in Naples. Comfortable room and modern bathroom.

The breakfast was okay - more than adequate but we had been spoiled by the quality of the coffee and produce in our previous B&B!

Vincenzo, the host, provided valuable assistance by arranging an early shuttle to the airport, which was incredibly helpful for us. The breakfast was very good, and the location was very convenient. The overall experience was highly satisfying, attributed not only to the exceptional team's efforts but also to the excellent location.

The perfect stay in Napoli, this place has everything you'd need. The positioning is excellent and the building itself is very clean, has security and gives you that safety feeeling. The accomodation was perfect, AC was very silent, room was cleaned everyday, breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and will choose it again when coming back to Napoli.

We had a great stay at Residenza Borbonica. Vincenzo and the team did everything to make us feel at home. The location is perfect, right on Via Toledo, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast was high quality and delicious. I have no doubt that we will stay there again. warmly recommended!!!

I only stayed one night, but this is a lovely Residence. The room and bathroom were modern, nice and clean, with a very comf bed. Check in was easy and Vincenzo was very helpful and friendly, providing tips for dinner and anything else that was needed. The location is great and exactly next to Toledo subway (it can get a bit noisy at night), and around 15min walk to the Riverside. Would def stay again.

The interior is really nice decorated, attention is on refined details. Breakfast was great, there was a lot of choice, and the location of hotel is great - for all sights. Staff is especially kind, helped us with tips for the sightseeing, but also helped us the last day of our trip with calling the taxi to the airport. And they allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel since we had flight in the evening - that really means a lot to us!

Hand down the location is centrally located. The host Mr Vinni personally received me at the Toledo station and helped me with my check-in even though it was late at night. The rooms are comfortable and super comfortable. The options to navigate to every part of Naples is super convenient so much that you can come rest and proceed to a different direction.

The rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean, very modern, big bathroom with big shower cabin. The location was good, within walking distance to main touristic attractions and 15 min walk from the bus station. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff Mr. Vincenzo and Mrs. Cinzia were exceptionally professional and efficient. The room and facilities were very clean, comfortable and elegantly furnished. The position of the Hotel was excellent. We would highly recommend this facility.
