For me this was an ideal quick and cheerful stop gap in Naples. Very well located close to the port (Beverello) and Opera House/Spanish Quarter. My room looked out into the internal courtyard which was ideal as there were very low nose levels. Breakfast was substantial and freshly prepared by a nice lady each morning. The room was spotless and had everything you need for a city stay - very pleased with it.

It was a little awkward checking in as there are digital keys and I struggled to know how to lock my room when I left it. However once I got the hang of it I was fine. Very little else to dislike for the very reasonable price

- Good location - Clean rooms - Easy access once you have your elcronic lift key and codes to access property. - Nice staff

- One morning we left the property and got stopped by a very passive aggressive man that claimed we had left the door open when in fact it was a bin ban inside the building. Ghe entrance door to the property has two locks and you only get the key to the smaller door so if the large part of the door opens you don’t have a key to lock it. and if not a very aggressive Italian comes to try have a go at you! not ideal..

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, including a fridge. The location is excellent - with good links to the metro and very close to lots of locations of interest and bars/restaurants. The host - Rosaria - makes you feel like family. She was so kind and warm, making us feel very welcome. We loved staying here.

We struggled to get in on the first night - make sure you read the instructions on how to get in before you arrive. Once you've done it once, it's easy and secure.

We stayed for only one night on the way over to Capri. We chose it because of the location. It is close to the port (about 10min walk). Overall the room is clean and well facilitated. The lady prepared a nice breakfast the next day. Although she doesn’t speak any English which makes the communication a little bit hard (we had a confusion about the pre-paid/not paid room fee), she is very nice!

On the night of arrival, we couldn’t find public transportation over from the airport, so we took a taxi which cost 20 euros.

1) I arrived at the hotel very late (1 am) due to plane delays. I advised the hotel that this could be the case, and there was no issue, somebody was there to greet me. 2) The hotel is within walking distance from the Molo Beverello, the harbour to reach the Naple's islands Capri, Ischia and Procida. 3) Breakfast was from 8 to 10. I said that I may be leaving a bit earlier, and when I entered the breakfast room to grab something quickly at around 7:20, a lady was there, and she had already set the table for me and prepared a wonderful cappuccino. Not requested, nevertheless it was a pleasant surprise.

Nothing.

We loved our stay here - the hosts were incredibly lovely and we managed to work things out despite the language barrier. They were patient and kind! Location is great, breakfast was great and the place had everything we needed.

It was a bit fiddly to get into the room with door codes etc, but at least it felt safe!

Perfect location, although a bit noisy on open windows. Very close to the airport transfer bus, just next to a metro station, and a walking distance from the historical town and all tourostic paces. Convenient and well explained sellf chack-in, available 24 hours a day. The hosts are very kind and willing to help in any ways, responding in Whatsapp even in midnight.

The lady was super helpful considering the language barrier. We had an early tour booked and she prepared small breakfast in our room the day before. Also helped with airport transfer, because we left very early in the morning the next day. The room was spacious with a quiet AC and fridge. Getting into the building the first time might be difficult because it's in private courtyard with doorbell. Be sure to confirm your arrival time beforehand and your check-in goes smoothly.

The breakfast included only bread and jams. No ham or cheese included (as in pictures). Nevertheless, the coffee was good. Because the common kitchen is in the middle of facility, the noises could wake you up. Also keep in mind the Italian temperament in the evenings when neighbours have their daily arguements ;)

Self check-in was straightforward. We were able to drop off our luggage before check-in time. Location is very convenient for the port and for the Municipio metro. Generous breakfast, and wonderful staff Rosaria and Daniela, who are super nice and helpful.

Excellent breakfast and super friendly and helpful hosts. The place was spotlessly clean and very modern, we were very impressed by the standard. We really enjoyed our stay here - it was a great location, next to the metro so it was really easy to get around, and loads of nice restaurants nearby.

My suggestion would be for a few more kitchen items, to enable guests to cook or prepare food easily. Also - the location was a little tricky to find, so perhaps some instructions prior to arrival.
