Massimiliano and Maria who run this Bed & Breakfast are simply wonderful. Unbelievably friendly, helpful and kind. The room was quite nice, well equipped and in a wonderful location. Every morning we could order a type of coffee and croissant and I swear to God it was one of the most delicious things I've eaten in my life.

The end of October/beginning of November was still apparently mosquito season. There was an electric mosquittor zapper in the room. But still, some got through and believe me these things are hungry and noisy! So either don't let them in or get hunting like I did 😅. Not sure if I could lay waste to all of them if I were 20 years older. There was some construction going on in the yard, so it was a bit noisy in the morning.

The room was comfortable with air conditioning, breakfast was pre-ordered room service at a time decided the day before. I was met by the oweer on the ground floor and guided up to the rooms. I saw him doing the same for others during my stay. He contacted me through WhatsApp prior to arrival and provided me with extra information my message during my stay. Great location for the central station, airport shuttle and travelling by train to Pompei.

The noise of other guests arriving home at night when talking in the corridor did disturb me, but once people were in their rooms it was not a problem.

We had a beautiful experience here! I honeslty recommended this place! We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed all the time! The owners (host) of the accomodation are so NICE and KIND, full of understanding about everything. Breakfast was so cute, served in our room, very tasty! And coffee was also perfect! They brought me a cappuccino with soya milk and I'm really thankful for that! The postition of the accomodation is very practical, there are many shops and cafes around! We enjoyed walking around and to the center. We had great view from the our room, at the little street! We felt so safe in this accomodation. Everything is so clean and new! Design in the room is also very modern and pretty! I love Naples even more because of this experience!

Maria and Maximus went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They are detail and took extra care to maintain cleanliness in the Apartment. Our train was delayed and Maximus waited for us. Upon arrival, checked in was done quickly, he briefed us on the surroundings, best pizza restaurant to go, recommend attractions and chatted... Although the surroundings around the train station is rather rough and dirty, the apartment had a secure gate. Rooms were clean and our balcony facing is quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast Crossiant especially the chocolate. There are numerous Kebab eatery nearby. Food are cheap. Very near train station. We rented a car during our stay and there's a garage near the apartment.

I definitely recommend staying in the "Napoli city room". 10/10 First of all - brilliant location, close to the main station in Naples, from which you can easily get everywhere. Whole location and rooms very clean (apartaments are cleaned every day so a big plus for that!). Room equipped with all the necessary things like towels, fridge, air conditioning. Breakfasts brought to the room every day, at what time you wish. However, the biggest plus for the host - Massimo. A nice, friendly person who will answer all your questions. Upon arrival, he drew us a map recommending things to visit, recommended the best restaurants, gave tips on how to get to Pompeii in the easiest way which was very helpfull! It was great spent time in Napoli, we definitely recommend the apartment.

Excellent central location and easy to find. It’s a basic room, but super clean, comfortable, and the WiFi works great. Massimo and his wife are the perfect hosts who met me upon arrival downstairs, brought breakfast every morning to my room, and provided exceptional sightseeing recommendations along with a handy map. They couldn’t be anymore welcoming and just nice people. I’m glad I stayed here!

Nicely updated space, so clean, very tastefully decorated and beds were very comfortable! Location was ideal for an afternoon/overnight in Naples. Hosts were easy to communicate with, very welcoming and so friendly. They gave us some great suggestions on some of the highlights to see while there in Naples. The location is perfect, right next to the train/metro station and the luggage storage was an awesome perk. Breakfast was served to us in our rooms which was a very nice amenity. I was very pleased with our stay.

Nothing really--the building looks a little rough on the outside but has a few secure doors that you pass through, which was actually very nice and we felt very safe.

Ideal location, only minutes away from the train station and Metro, making it ideal for excursions out of town or into the historic center of Naples. Pristine clean! Massimo is the happiest, friendliest, most helpful and accommodating host. And Maria brings breakfast to your room every morning. Delicious fresh baked filled croissants, coffee, tea, cappuccino, juice and toast. Refrigerator with cold drinks (for purchase) are available in the room. Well equipped, excellent air conditioning, and good wi-fi. Very highly recommended!

It's not in the best part of town, but this hotel is a real oasis!

Everything was perfect! Very great communication from the staff and super friendly, answered all our questions. We stayed here twice, once before going to Amalfi and once on the way home. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only a two minute walk to the train station and food and drink were conveniently on the same street below so we didn't have to go far to get anything. If I ever go back to Naples I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing to complain about, the stay was perfect! The two people who ran the place were extremely friendly and accomodating.

Massimilianio and his partner were the BEST hosts of our 4 week tour through Europe. Kind, helpful, enthusiastic and so accommodating. I can’t say enough good about them. Plus, it is literally 1,5 blocks from Naples main train station to this clean comfortable suite. Unlike B&Bs that pretend they are hotels, there was service from early in the day to late in the evening right at the hotel.

The fan on the A/C didn’t push much air and given the heatwave that was there with us, it stayed a little warm in the room (coming from the mountains, we’re accustomed to sleeping in the cold…).
