These issues are indeed morning at a high level and not critical for the overall experience: - more variety from day-to-day for breakfast would be good, e.g., change of juices, egg/warm dishes (for instance, freshly cooked 3 min/soft eggs). Less of sweet bakery would be good. - would prefer generally lower room temperature. Currently 23-24C. 20-21C might be optimal. However, the levels may be lowered with the administration upon request for specific rooms. - beds a bit too hard for my perception; but comfortable enough - high noise level from traffic at the avenue just below the building. This makes sleeping with open windows impossible. Even more important is that the air conditioning may be flexibly installed in each room.

Great place for Napoli. Sparkling clean, very helpful staff, welcome drinks and clear instructions, speaking several languages. Great breakfast with many options including salted breakfast and vegetarian options. Super comfortable bed and good location Beautiful balcony and view Well designed and everything is working in the room.

It's rather a B&B than a hotel (taking a floor in a building with a small reception/ breakfast space) We had a room just in the entrance - a door being straight at the end of the building stairs and next to the hotel reception, thus we were hearing all the people walking the stairs and coming/leaving. Also some drunk people (hotel guests we assume) were trying to enter in our room in the night and making noise (definitely not the hotel responsibility). In another hand the window was looking out on a big crossroad and even with great windows they have it's hard to isolate all noise. They are providing the earplugs but I advise to take a sleep mask also as there's some light you can't totally isolate. The place itself is great, just if you can - ask for a room far from the entrance

We had a great stay! Everybody was friendly and made our trip as comfortable as possible. Starting with our first contact with Front Office Manager Gisella until our check out everything was good. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was good to start the day. The hotel was great to explore the city. We could walk to a lot of sightseeing spots and for wider distances we used the Metro in front of the hotel. It was also easy to reach the Station and get to Pompeii, Ercolano and the Vesuv.

In the heart of napels! Easily located by tube or train. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities, we booked a suite, and so glad we did. I a bustling city it was so nice to come back to some luxury and reasonably priced. Air conditioning, extra large bed, monsoon shower, bath, smart tv which connected to our Netflix account, free tea and coffee along side an included breakfast. Would totally recommend! Would stay there again. (Mwah, chefs kiss xx )

The accommodation is absolutely excellent and comes highly recommended. Our room was beautifully furnished and notably spacious compared to the average. The breakfast was very good, with freshly baked, typical Neapolitan pastries that I particularly enjoyed. The staff was very hospitable and collaborative, especially Angela, who made our breakfast experience delightful. It's impressive how large the staff is, considering the hotel's size (only six rooms), with almost always someone at reception, plus the cleaning staff. Watching a movie at night on the TV hidden in the bathroom mirror while taking a hot bath and sipping herbal tea was an unexpectedly pleasant experience, one I wouldn't have anticipated in a hotel of this price range!

Everything! A small but perfectly formed hotel of 6 suites of varying sizes. This is the luxury version of a Bed and Breakfast situated in possibly the most convenient location in Naples (esp if arriving by train). The rooms are very luxurious, high-tech kit, gorgeous finish, coffee machine, kettle, glasses galore… mini bar, USB charging ports, a shower with three options for water flow… just yes yes yes to coming here again. I wasn’t expecting the little double balcony off our room but was thrilled that we could stand and watch the world go by. The hotel is situated right on the edge of the Historical Centre, dangerously close to some of Naples next Pizzerias. It is also on top of a metro station which makes for very easy access to the rest of the city as well as the Central station (1stop!) Breakfast is intimate, with some beautiful local pastries, a selection of fruit, hot food and cereals. Wonderful fresh coffee too.

Good location with the Duomo subway station in front of the building, and in walking distance to some attractions. The staff at reception was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful when we checked in, and very kind helping us carry luggage down stairs from 4 1/2 floor when we check out due to some problem with the lift at that time (The lift worked all the time during our stay except when we were checking out). The room is large, modern, clean and comfortable, particularly the shower was excellent.

Giselle was very nice and helpful. As was Ange at breakfast. The breakfast spread was very nice with many options. The room, albeit a tad small and in need of a few more places to place ones belongings was clean, comfortable and nice. The Metro station (Duomo) was just opposite and Line 1 was quite handy for getting around to the major stops for sightseeing. It is a boutique hotel with just a few rooms on an upper floor. Very quiet given it's on a busy street.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights, and our stay was perfect in every way. We booked here because of the excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed. If there are any negative reviews here ignore them! Location is perfect very central and a great base for exploring all the main attractions. The rooms are spectacular, very high specification and spotlessly clean. But what really made our stay was the lovely friendly staff. Gianluca the owner, Gisella the front desk manager, Angela who prepared the most gorgeous breakfasts and Elena the housekeeper were all fantastic. This place really is special, can't wait to come back.
