The relais piazza was really cute, modern and updated. The staff here were so friendly! They upgraded our room and made swans and decor with a note for our honeymoon. They also made the bed with fresh towels promptly every day. The location was 1 minute from the ocean and close to a bus stop! The AC worked really well too on really hot days which was great for us!

Overall the stay was great! The beds and pillows were a little firm so these could maybe be updated. The hotel, though perfectly close to the ocean, is on a busy street which you can hear the traffic and honking outside. Finally, the entrance to get in is a touch outdated and there is not always someone at reception so we were worried sometimes about getting locked out (you need to enter a code 3x to get into the hotel) and the lift was not working so if you had any mobility issues it would have been more difficult to access going up two flights of stairs!

The room was clean, tidy, and with enough facilities. They used to respond fast when they were not at the place and helped with any request from more toiletries to receipts and taxis. The cleaning service checked the room every day and emptied the garbage bin. This place is so close to the sea, many restaurants and cafes, and the city center, and one of the most convenient to reach the University of Napoli since the uni elevator is less than a minute from this place.

The only drawback was noise from the street during the night which was partly because of the Napoli championship parties.

Great room, comfy bed and fab shower. Great location too, loads of restaurants near by and a great view.

Great location, Pasquale on reception was a massive help and any queries we had was just a wattsapp message and he replied instantly with all information. Booked our trip to Pompei and a taxi to take us.

Small thing but just some coffee, juice r fruit even to snack on early morning before shower and leaving for the day. There are some shops nearby that have coffee + croissants but if don't want pastry need to be fully ready to walk a bit for breki.

The location was fantastic. Very close to the water and Castel dell'Ovo with a view of Mount Vesuvius. A ton of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room was beautiful with a great pedestal tub to relax in to end your day. Perfect instructions for easy self check-in.

The room was clean, spacious and well-furnished. The relais is located near Piazza Vittoria and the promenade, in a well-connected area full of bars and restaurants.

Loved the location as close to the ports, sea, restaurants, shopping district, places of interest to visit etc. Fantastic room and services plus amazing staff!

Great location - from experience the area near the Castle Dell’ovo is the nicest part of Naples. Room was very comfortable and spacious, air con was amazing (it was very hot that day). The staff were nice - the lady at reception called us a taxi to the airport and made sure to check we could use card to pay. Self check-in was very easy to do. It was a really nice place to stay.

The room was called a suite, which I don’t think it was. However it was a lovely room with a reasonable amount of space.
