Location is amazing! The staff very sweet and helpful. I have to highlight how good the communication is for check in purposes, everything clear and very well explained as it has self check in. A few steps you have the Lungomare, and also the buzzing Via Chiaia. You also have a nice view from Vomero from the room. Rooms are completely renewed and modern.

It could be handy to add some te and coffee for the guests

The location was exceptional, the staff very helpful, and the bed comfortable.

Would have been nice to have a breakfast included perhaps at local cafe or bakery. Would have been nice to have a desk to be able to work at.

The property is in a great location, very quiet and safe. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler. Bed was comfortable and size of room was nice.

The balcony opens to a courtyard which is very blah. But that would be the only negative.

I only booked the room, not breakfast. The location was excellent, very quiet.

The unit was missing the sofa, apparently it was on back order but the table and chairs were sufficient.

Great location in the elegant Chiaia district, the Suite Apartment No 201 is very spacious with balcony, big bedroom, kitchen and a nice bathroom. Quiet & clean room, towels were changed every day, very gentle and helpful staff.

Wifi is not working well, the balcony could be cleaner, not a good view. It would be nice if there were some welcoming treats (i.e. a bottle of water or a bottle of wine and a few snacks) in the room upon our arrival.

Excellent area! Stayed two different times ina week-clean, convenient to lots of shops and restaurants, and staff was great-friendly and helpful!

Didn't understand tea/coffee making set up-kettle, cups, spoons...and that's it!

I liked everything :) but maybe regarding pillows would be great different levels (the ones I used were very high to me)

People at the reception desk (real, physical not a digital system!!) are very friendly and professional and you can count on warm welcome. There are different apartments: one with balcony and other without balcony so you should be surprise base only on the description in the internet. We got one the one without balcony but with the view to the small, quiet street so it was comfortable. The apartment is well equip and very clean. A lot of tourist attractions are in the walking distance.

The wifi doesn’t work properly.

Well situated if you want to be close to both the seaside of Chiaia and the historic centre. And the view to the buildings opposite the B&B is really beautiful. Helpful and kind people working there as well! The aircon worked well.

If you are to enjoy a balcony on the 9th floor with a low railing, you cannot have the slightest fear of heights. But it was still nice to be able to open the door to the balcony sometimes in the evenings.
