Location was perfect, central Naples allowed us to explore different parts each day. Staff were always available (we asked for kettle and cups to be put in room, and they were there when we returned). Room was clean and spacious for our needs (on city breaks we only sleep in them!). The room was at the back of the hotel, overlooking another building, but as we never looked out, it wasn’t a problem. I would suggest that none of the rooms had a view to shout about.

the only observation (not a real negative) was the lack of a kettle, cups and tea/coffee making in the room, once we asked they were delivered.

The location was superb. Name brand shops and good restaurants were in walking distance. Theater San Carlo was also in walking distance. The area felt very safe to walk around. A supermarket was just a few steps away. We loved dining experience at Umberto restaurant, just a few steps away. Taxi ride to molo Beverello, where you take express boat to Capri was about ten minutes away with taxi call, costing 12 Euros. Our flight into Naples was ten at night. It was only 20 min ride to the hotel. The room service was superb and our room was maintained very clean. The hotel was very quiet for a good sleep. Breakfast had both hot and cold item as well as fruits. Coffee was served to the table. Bed was very comfortably hard and linens felt fresh. Staff spoke very fluent English and were very willing to help when needed.

While the room was equipped with high technology security and pleasant amenities, I think the wall paper looks as though it will need to be replaced in couple of years.

Beautiful boutiques hotel, great ambience, beautifully furnished, fabulous location 5min walk to waterfront & many restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff from front desk, to cleaning staff. Breakfast staff were excellent. Great breakfast, lots of choice and freshly made pastries every day. Good taxi service. Fabulous, woukd stay again.

nothing… would be nice to have tea & coffee making facilities in room.

The hotel and room were beautiful. The beds were comfy, and the room was quiet. Breakfast was in an exceptional, beautiful seating area, with eggs, toast, juices, yogurt, cereal, and pastries. The staff was attentive, professional, and ready to honor requests. The location in Naples was great for shopping, strolling the neighborhoods, and an abundance of fine restaurants or cafés. We had so much fun and found a favorite restaurant that we ate at 2/3 nights. This hotel is close to the Port of Naples, but it would be difficult to drag your luggage down the cobblestone streets. There is also a small restaurant across the street from the hotel, and since you have a small fridge in the room, you could buy some beverages or small fruit. We walked everywhere in Naples from this hotel, the bus is close by, and you can hop on a ferry to go to Sorrento, Ischia, and Capri. If we visited Naples again, this would be the hotel to stay in.

Nothing.

I loved its old style Italian elegance, comfort and lack of pretension. All of the staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient. I liked its fairly intimate size and scale; however, the interior rooms and spaces were deceptively large and airy. Beautifully decorated in an understated way. The location was brilliant.

Wifi was erratic in the room and the hot and cold water in the shower was sometimes difficult to balance.

The Chiaia district is my favourite. High-end shops along via Chiaia, a mall, and walking distance to the ferries, the fabulous Metro subway train, and there are a myriad of wine bars, osterie and trattorie.

Try as they might, the authorities can't keep up with the litter in Naples, so that's a turn-off for us. The graffiti is just awful, but we're used to this, living in Melbourne, which is the graffiti capital of Australia.

The location was perfect!! It was a very short walk to the center of town. The breakfast was very good and the waitstaff were always available for coffee/tea refills. The room was very comfy and we received an upgrade to the Junior Suite which was very spacious.

I have no complaints as we very much enjoyed our stay. I guess the only thing that would be an improvement is if there was a restaurant for lunch/dinner in the hotel. However, we had many restaurants within a few minutes walk and there was a grocery store just across the street where you could get bottle water, snacks, etc.

Excellent location: 1. For the heritage sites to visit c 1km away; and 2. For the restaurants on the shore c. 1 km away; 3. For the nearby ports to ferry to Sorrento etc.. c. 1 km away. All walkable easily, but if luggage also taxi to ferry c. 13 euro.

Nothing.

The location is very good, in the nice area of Chiaia, close to the fashonable via Chiaia and within walking distance from e.g. Piazza del Plebiscito and via Toledo. Also not far from Centro Storico and Castel Sant’Elmo with wonderful view of Naples and Mt Vesuvio. The hotel itself is nice and cozy, the room was good - we stayed in a classic double, bit it was rather spacious and it was well equipped, including the bathroom. Breakfast was good, and they have a nice bar with nice service. The staff was friendly in general.

Only minor drawbacks such as slippery floor in the shower cabin. We also had some misunderstandings when communicating with the staff in English.

I had a beautiful balcony and a lovely big room. there is a single room - do not book it. it is miniature- I peeked when the door was open. it is a closet. the location is fantastic- so close to everything and the staff were friendly. I liked having a fridge and free bottles of water - easy to grab as you’re running out. a free cocktail drink at happy hour was lovely not because it was free but a great way to chat with fellow travellers you never may have chatted with. re their vacation travels. it got people to come to the lobby. breakfast was very good. free mini muffins, candy and fruit in the lobby. very welcoming. the hotel is on a dude street and as a solo traveller I was initially concerned but no problem.

nothing except a tiny elevator as I’m claustrophobic but that is my issue. the stairs were nice. didn’t feel I was in the service stairwell. there isn’t much of a view but that was not expected.
