Very large room, well decorated, clean and with everything you'd need (except for a safe), well located. Staff very helpful, really nice people. Very confortable mattress also.

The breakfast is very limited in options (but maybe it is my limites experience in Italy yet).

Beautiful, well furnished apartment. The location is central to the stylish and safe Chiaia district. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Flexibility on arrival and responsiveness to questions. Delicious typical Italian breakfast in the café downstairs included in the booking.

The apartment overlooks a busy street, which can generate some noise. Bring earplugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise.

I am pretty sure you won't regret to choose this property. Me and my family spent the whole month of July travelling around Italy so that we were in several different locations. By far, this property is the best. The neighborhood is beautiful and pleasant. The apartment is exceptional and very well equipped. The most important thing during summer: AC works all the day and at full capacity. Most of the properties that we have been in Italy have central control and limit the capacity. The host is very friend and transpire the Italian mood. Easy to reach the port to ferry boats and subway.

Wonderful room with comfortable bed, fresh water and daily cleaning service in a spaciuos private apartment on a spacious square in the heart of Chiaia, only 5 to 7 minutes walk to lungomare/sea as well as the main streets of Chiaia- you feel like a resident, so as “if a glamorous, stylish family had handed over the key to you to use a room with hotel service in their private summer-vacant spacious, tasteful city apartment, daily well-maintained by the very friendly house staff”- also the quiet, extra cute beagle-oldie „Pepe“ made you feel welcome, like „coming home“, (mostly resting on the sofa or on the floor in one of the two huge living rooms leading to your private hotel room) - also great to get breakfast vouchers for cappucino and one sweet pastry in a charming cafeteria nearby thank you, top, we will come back!

Everything was perfect- the bathroom showed some „traces of time” but everything was well-maintained, clean and worked excellent! (Waterpressure was great, too)

Location is in a very good party of the city with very good restaurants close by. The vouchers for breakfast in the bar below the apartment is excellent 👌 The presentation of the apartment with flowers and a fresh clean rooms serviced daily. Some fine shopping in the area and only a short walk to the sea.

The entrance is not signed but the lady met us so it's best give an approximate time of arrival then phone when you get to the station or airport. The photo of the large building in the square is not the Relais but it is the most significant with the statue so you are in no doubt you are in the right place.

The place is perfectly located, quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable, would definitely recommend it.

It was really hard to communicate with the host and the person managing the place. The host had a bit of English knowledge while the person who gave me the keys and checked me in didn't speak English at all. I couldn't understand how the Breakfast voucher was working.

We had an amazing stay at Rate Relais Piazza dei Martiri. The space is large and well maintained, with large rooms and lot of space. The decoration is elegant and the location is amazing, with walking distance from the old town, the major attractions and a few parking spaces.

The location is wonderful. The apartment is very special and has high ceilings. the interior is designed with a great taste. It is very clean. The owner is very friendly and customer-service minded. The airco works very well, which is much appreciated in the hot summer time when we visited.

Not much. Perhaps the kitchen and bathroom could use a bit maintanence.

Location. The deluxe suite awesome. Property manager wonderful. I could live there for months at a time and have everything I need.

This was our second stay. we like the area and the space and facilities this property/room type we booked offers us.

the front rooms into the piazza do suffer from Saturday night street noise until the early hours and then street cleaning which the cobbles seem to amplify but it’s a mark of a lively city and being downtown. bring earplugs is our recomendation.
