Breakfast included was very nice. Comfortable beds. Nice views. The staff was very nice too. They let us let the luggage there before the che lin.

The location was very good, with many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was very pretty and felt safe. The subway was within walking distance. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the neighborhood.

There was no one onsite overnight, which made it difficult to ask questions, get directions and order cabs. We were only there for one night and left before breakfast was available in the morning. It would have been nice to at least have coffee available via a machine and maybe a few packaged snacks.

Tiny shower the bathroom left much to be desired. Also as we left early for tours no one at the desk to help us with taxis and such.

Villa Margherita is situated in a beautiful suburb of Napoli. There are fantastic dining options all around, some just a five minute walk away. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate needs. The view of the ocean is not horizon-filling, but still very picturesque and satisfying. Raphael serves nice coffee and pastries in the morning free of charge, and the cleaning staff are very thorough and restock the minifridge with still and sparkling water. Unlike a lot of the AC units I've encountered in Italy, the ones here are very effective.

The curving hill to and from Piazza Amadeo (the station you will want to go to if you intend to travel by rail) is very sharp and paved in archaic and uneven mini-cobblestones. You do not want to face this hill with suitcases. I would recommend a taxi for your initial trips to and from Napoli Centrale, then use the Metro for all your travels inbetween. Also there is an unbelievably bright 'exit' light above the room door, you may feel like you are being abducted by aliens at night. I would recommend packing a little tape and a thick piece of paper, you can get up on a chair and cover the light up for the duration of your stay. Very minor gripe but not ideal if you are a light-sensitive sleeper.

The property is well positioned, walking distance to the city centre and 5 mins walk from station piazza Amedeo which can bring you to the main stations and pretty much everywhere around Naples. The property is very cleaned, with air con, well equipped with all essentials you need. We had an amazing room with a big terrace facing the sea, we had breakfast there every morning, nice cappuccino and Neapolitan pastries brought by Raffaele (free of charge) it was an amazing start of the day. Raffaele has been great giving advices on where to go and where to eat, he gave us nice recommendations on restaurants which we tried and wow, very very nice food and service. We will back to Naples because is an amazing city and we will definitely stay at Villa Margherita again.

The hotel is located in a nice area. From the balcony we could see the sea. The rooms, though furnished basically, are very large and clean. Even if the breakfast was not included, they offer every morning coffee, tea and pastry products. In proximity there is a metro station, but there is a hill that needs to be climbed to reach to the hotel. Also there is a bus station nearby and a couple of restaurants on 10 minutes walking distance.

The shower cabin was a little to small but not to small so a medium person will fit in.

Rooms were beautiful and spacious, quite close to the train station and restaurants

The property is beautiful and offers a small breakfast of coffee and baked treats. There is a terrace that overlooks naples and I felt very safe there. The manager is one of the kindest people I have yet to meet in Europe. Not only did he always greet me with a smile and make me coffee in the mornings, but he even went the extra mile to ensure my stay was wonderful. As I was leaving and walking towards my train he had found my glasses I accidentally left behind in my room. He found me walking on his vespa and proceeded to take me the rest of the way to the train (suitcase and all!). Thank you so much for a beautiful time in Napoli.

The wifi unfortunately does not work in the rooms.

the location was great- right in the middle of town and near restaurants! the staff was very responsive and kind (raffaele offered to send morning coffee/breakfast for to the terrace). very clean rooms. ocean view was very pretty.

there was supposedly an issue with our bathroom while we were out and they had to transfer all of our stuff out. they said it was fixed, but for some reason another guest was moving into our room so we had to move to another room? we also ran out of hot water in the new room. kinda confusing situation but they were very polite and offered us breakfast to make up for it.

A nice, clean hotel in the Chiaia neighborhood of Naples that was a few minutes away from the Amadeo metro station. Walking distance to great restaurants, gelato, cafes etc. Safe area and able to easily explore the sights like the city center. Bed is super comfortable, the view from the room is out to the sea and the AC worked great. Easiest way to ferry station is by taxi, which is how we reached Amalfi Coast.

We didn’t get a tour of the property to understand the extent of the facilities or amenities, so we saw a coffee station and a roof deck but weren’t sure if we could use those or not. Partway through our stay, the outlets stopped working for charging our phones but we mentioned this to the front desk and they immediately looked into the problem and solved it within 30-60 minutes. WiFi was okay but could be faster and more stable.
