The B &B was very clean and modern, and the building that it was situated in was typical Rome, with the stairs and tall doorway to the building. I liked that the property was clean and updated and had a lift. And the view of the wonderful sunset and sunrise off the ocean could not be described other than to say fantastical. Breakfast was included and I had the option of having it instead of going a few doors down to the bar / restaurant it was being served at.

It’s not a dislike just a recommendation to provide another trash bin in the bathroom with the sink and shower so you do not have to carry trash to the bedroom or the bathroom with the toilet and bidet. Also, the google device that turns on the tv and heat/AC should also be programmed to understand other languages except Italian (although because it didn’t, I learned to say in Italian, (accendi la tv - turn on the tv.)🙂🇮🇹

The place is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable, you recieve very good service and cleaning everyday. The breakfast are small (salad or sandwich or croissant) with tea or coffee but it's fine and there are option that you recieve it to your room which is good for lazy tourists. But the most i want to say thank you to Daniella! She helped a lot. She managed small issues easily, was very polite and friendly. Helped with a taxi. Thank you very much Daniella!!!

I liked everything and. We booked 2 rooms which was more than good. As recommendation If the room will had a safe (to leave passpots, money and personal stuff that you do not need to take with you walking at the city) it will be the best we had at Italy. One another thing for travelers. Take in account that b&b located at second floor and you will need to take your luggage all the way up and finally down stairs. No elevator at the building. The stairs are wide and easy but still you need to get all the way up.

Very good location, very clean and modern. The host was friendly and helpful. I really liked the fact that the flat was tall and we had a window to a pedestrian walkway. It has many places to put our luggage. The bathrooms were very clean. Very comfortable bed, I had a very good rest.

It can be a bit loud from the outside but it depends on how light sleeper you are.

The location was great, and our host Daniella was very accommodating and helpful. It was well decorated, and the bed was comfortable.

There was a strong smell from the drains in the bathroom. You can hear the noise from others in the corridor.

Daniella was absolutely brilliant. Helpful and friendly. Room was lovely with fresh towels and water everyday. Perfect location too with shops and restaurants close by. Metro and harbour a short walk too

Daniela made this stay incredible, we had a short layover for one night and we were put in an upstairs room where we couldnt take our suitcases as the stairwell is too narrow so she held them in here own room and woke up at 3:30am to ensure we had them for our flight

The upstairs rooms dont allow room to take your luggage up the stairs

The establishement is well placed near the sea and near the shopping centre, the host, Daniella, was kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and well equipped, the breakfast, provided in the coffee shop next door, was very satisfactory.

The name "Palazzo" is kind of a misnomer. We were expecting to see a traditional hotel but instead we found a building externally under reparation of which the second floor is used as a B&B establishment

Great location for shopaholic, plenty of buses East or West. Daniella is a friendly host.

Like many European cities, there is street noise. Shuttered windows are a great help.

We loved the receptionist! She was so nice, helpful and kind! The room is nice in a very good location next to many restaurants and the ocean.

It was a little hard to find the entrance, the restaurant for the included breakfast they were kind of rude.

Daniela was very welcoming and friendly..recommended restaurants to eat and how to get to places. Accommodated for earlier than check in time for bag drop off. Very clean and comfortable. Nicer part of Naples along the water. Worth the bus trip to get there from train station.

Actual building is under renovations/restoration at the moment, but once inside the apartment, you don't realise.
