The location is outstanding. Host is very communicative. Daily cleaning service was an added bonus. Spacious enough for my daughter and myself. Host provided plenty of towels which I appreciated. Waking up in the morning to the sun rising over Naples was wonderful. We felt safe and comfortable there. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to others.

Had a difficult time finding it for the first time. You need .5 every time you take the elevator which is really annoying. Even though the host provides a bowl of them, you have to remember to take them with you every time you leave. I think the host should greet people in person when they arrive and take them upstairs. It would have made it easier.

The host was very welcoming and we could always contact her if we needed anything. Location in the city was great, public transport is very close and the port is a good 15 minute walk. Good restaurants and bars are equally nearby. The balcony was very nice with a good view on the castle. The cleaner, Elena, was also very nice and caring.

While the balcony is certainly nice, the street was busy and as such it was rather loud outside. Inside the room, however, having the balcony door closed, we didn’t notice the traffic. The breakfast was rather simple, which was enough for our 3 night stay, but when staying longer, you might want to contact the host for some variety.

Amazing view, great location, perfectly clean, light and airy decor, friendly cleaner, available kitchen. Also helpful “host” who did not disappoint and was very generous.

This is an “alternative accommodation” - not a hotel and not an airbnb. The room itself is a great value compared to what you would pay in a hotel for something of similar size and comfort. But: the arrival is somewhat “Byzantine” requiring the host to buzz one in to a nondescript building, turn up a flight of stairs, look for elevator A (after elevator B), go up to 7th floor, another door, etc.. It was all done in just a few minutes but best to be prepared for a little adventure. Otherwise, the only downside is the electric pump plumbing system that makes quite a load noise when using water (shower, sink, toilet) in bathroom. Also when other guests use their facilities.

The location is amazing. Within walking distance of the Old Town of Naples. The rooms are clean and the kitchen available to guests is a great touch The owner was available to help us via WhatsApp on a couple of occasions when we required help with translation with the car hire company and booked a garage very nearby for the night

I booked this because of location and on booking.com it says that all rooms have access to a terrace. We arrived to find that we were given the only room without a balcony - Due to the layout of the room there was limited space

Central location, clean, excellent balcony and views, good to have clothes horse for hand washing etc, beds were pretty comfortable.

My friend and I booked this place as it had 2/3 beds and two semi separate rooms. Being just the two of us though, the owner assumed we only needed the double bed and didn’t provide sheets for the second room. A bit annoying to discover at midnight. They were good about it though and made up the second bed for second night. Also just FYI, air con might need service as is noisy and the bathroom has a noisy pumping system that goes off throughout showers and after each toilet use. Not really an issue though.

Excellent location The view is exceptional Room is good size

The check-in was over the phone and a bit confusing. I don’t always have access to my mobile number when traveling. Very impersonal, unfortunately my experience was very different in comparison to what I read on previous reviews, no personal touch in this case, which I really appreciate it. I would expect more clarity for breakfast too, we didn’t have the address or the options for breakfast, we had to ask on WhatsApp. I must say they helped us to book the taxi to the airport when we left.

It's an AirB&B. The owner is extremely warm, kind, and thoughtful. She contacted me a day before my arriving. Via WhatsApp I easily got the guidance to find the apartment, and to get to my room. She gave me a lot of very useful suggestions and advices. She even brought me some local typical pastry for me to try. The location is perfectly, very close to many attractions, and to Toledo Metro station. I highly recommend this place.

It took some effort to find the entrance door to its location, because the sign is not very obvious. However through communication with the owner I got all the help to overcome the obstacle.

The room was beautiful! Airy, bright and super clean. Small, boutique B&B with a warm personal touch. Floriana and Francesco were very friendly and welcoming. They made everything super easy, and the housekeeping staff were also exceptional. The room had an amazing view, we spent time out on the private, lovely terrace. The room was super quiet, and bed was very comfortable. highly recommend staying here.

Rooms were bright and clean, very open light and airy. The location was perfect, walked to almost everything, and there is a convenient taxi stand across the street.

This is an ideally situated B&B, in an apartment block that is walking distance from many of the places I wanted to visit, and close to public transport and taxi rank. The owners Floriana and Francesco were very friendly, and the housekeeper Elena was my cheerful friend and helper. I loved the room, I loved the feeling that I was in an Italian apartment rather than an international hotel, I LOVED my balcony and being able to sit outside for breakfast in mid November, and I loved chattering in a mix of English and Italian with Elena each morning. My stay here was an important and memorable part of my experience in lovely Naples.

The view! The view was utterly beautiful and I could have spent my entire time on the balcony with a glass of wine. The owner and her husband were so incredibly lovely and helpful. Also the woman who cleans the hotel was the best, she had me laughing everyday. You need 5cents for the lift but the hotel is very helpful and offers a jar at the door.

I thought it was going to be loud because it’s in a main road in a very central area, but I actually didn’t hear much noise come bed time. Incase bring some ear plugs. The view and central position is worth it though. You can walk to some great spots for late night dinners and it’s a great base.
