Very central, well kept, modernized, clean and stylish. Also, very safe! Oh, and the housekeeping staff were very professional and very responsive to our requests. Very grateful for that!

There is NOTHING bad to be said about the property. Do keep in mind that due to its location on Via Toledo it can be noisy if the windows are open. However, the very modern new windows keep the noise out while closed.

Location was excellent, in the very center of the pedestrian zoe. Our room was looking on the side alley, so city noise didn’t make problems. Owner was very open for communication, and we were allowed to store luggage before chek in time, after chek out before our evening flight.

There is no breakfast available and no coffe in the room, only tea.

The location was really great. You could reach most of the interesting locations in Naples by walk. Metro closeby is a great bonus (even though we didn't use it). Close to the cable car to visit the castle and a lot of really great bars, restaurants and street food stalls nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful to assist us and accommodate a few requests. Cleaning and change of linen/towels every two days was a really great addition.

The room was not really that clean when we entered, and the first set of towels a bit too old (almost torn and not that great at doing their job) The sound insulation and location helps with the room being quiet, since there are no bars/restaurants in the street the rooms were facing. But you could hear the inside main door or other guests doors closing and the noise in the hallways might be disturbing if there are noisy neighbors. All in all was relatively quiet for us though.

The apartment was really nice and modern and the shower was good and beds were comfortable. The kitchenette was very simple but at least we were able to cook some eggs for breakfast. Everything was very clean! The host was nice, and he met us upon arrival even though it was late in the evening and showed us the apartment.

It was a pretty noisy early in the morning, because there were some trucks or cars coming very early to unload products to the nearby stores and they were beeping and making sounds that woke us up earlier than we wanted to. Also one of he lamps in the bedroom didn't work (or needed a new lightbulb), we probably could have asked them to fix it but we didn't bother as it wasn't a big deal.

The location was great and very clean big space

We had to leave early because of an air strike and we didn’t get the money back. My daughter forgot the AirPods in there and we contacted the facility and were told they were not found . They were turned on the next day.

Great location, comfortable bed and nice design The host was really responsive, helped us with a small problem we had and solved it quickly.

Everything about the property is good, and pino the host was great.

Only one little thing that bugged me is that the AC has a motion sensor, and if it stops sensing movement after a while the AC turns off… it gets hot at night.

We stayed in room 5 which is the family suite. It had an upstairs space with a king size sofa bed that was made up into a bed. The main room had a king bed, a sofabed and a small kitchen area with hob, sink and coffee maker ( no microwave) . There is also table and chairs for 4 so perfect if you want to eat take out food , make some pasta or heat up food for small kids. The apartment was very clean and modern, lovely bathroom, lots of marble and a big shower. We really liked the keyless entry system once we got to grips with where the # key was ! The small balcony over via Toledo is a great place to sit and people watch ( maybe with a glass of limoncello after a dinner out )

We really liked this location and the lively surroundings, you can hear a bit of street noise in the evening so maybe not ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. I would also suggest that you mention to the owner if you need 3 beds …we were a family of 4 so only 2 double beds made up …which meant my kids sharing a bed which is not ideal for us getting a great nights sleep, it would’ve been better to have the kids in separate beds.

If you want to be in the midst of all the action, it’s the ideal location. Really clean, well appointed and comfortable.

Had some issues with after hours access.

Excellent location. Very clean rooms. Host was very helpful when I enquired about parking.

Had a slight issue with getting into the property late at night but think it was possibly an issue with our phone. Host was available to assist even late at night (11.45pm) and was sorted very quickly.
