evrything! ir is amazing located, charming hotel in the tipical italian neighbourhood! sound protection works! roms are very funcionables and the bathrooms are organazide excelent! room was ectremly clean! breakfast was nice and nice touch of the hotel was that during all day u can take coffe or something sweet in the dinning room-for free! staf was very polite with advices where to est or to buy something if u ask them! all best about this 3star hotel wich value more than 3 stars

Staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel had a lot of little conveniences for the guest for example: before the elevator/stairs they had a perfume station - coffee machine and drinks were available through the day/night You’re centralized around all the restaurants and markets

Air condition was not very clean - kept spraying out dust There wasn’t any laundry mats near by so you had to use a laundry cleaning service which was very expensive Be ready to leave room key at front desk upon every exit

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Il Convento from the moment we arrived! The staff at the hotel are exceptionally professional, pleasant, polite, warm and friendly, and always, always helpful. You don't find a dedicated staff like that often. Thank you again and again! The location was excellent and central - exactly as we read prior to our booking - very close to the Metro station and a 10 minute walk to the port or to the Old City. The room, as we also knew beforehand, was 15 sq. meters, but included a very comfortable bed and pillows - and was very clean. Breakfast was more than adequate for us. A special treat was the great coffee and pastries available 24/7...very convenient and also economical.

Location is the best possible one, just 3 minutes walk from the Toledo subway stop (10 minutes ride from Garibaldi central train station), right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, the liveliest and more picturesque part of Naples, this hotel offers the ideal accommodation at a very reasonable price for the average budget traveler. You can find everything, and I mean everything, that you might want to visit just minutes from this wonderful hotel. Clean, friendly, quiet, with all the essential amenities to meet the needs of its guests this hotel offers the best accommodation at a very reasonable price.

Couldn't find a single flaw, worth mentioning, for this hotel.

Hotel Convento II is a great boutique hotel right in the center of lots of restaurants, shopping, cultural attractions, the hop of off hop off bus if you are interested and a short walk to public transportation. The hotel has a great breakfast with all of the cappuccinos that you can drink and a great staff at reception that is more than happy to give you directions and recommendations of places to eat.

As expected the room and bathrooms are small. The hotel is also located in a narrow alley (as many are) with lots of local shops, restaurants and traffic. The area is always busy and you are likely to hear the hustle and bustle from your room. You have to be very careful as a pedestrian walking through the alley to your hotel so that you do not get hit by a motorbike or vehicle. The church bell also rings each day at 7 a.m. , 9 a.m. and noon. This is a great hotel but if you are sensitive to noise this might not be the hotel for you.

The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly. the location of the hotel is spectacular in the middle of the city, in an authentic Neapolitan street. What we liked the most is the breakfast, the variety, and the taste of the food. Loved their coffee machine and it's available all day long. I highly recommend it and for sure will choose it again whenever I visit Napoli

Small bed, if you are traveling with a friend make sure you have two separate beds instead of the double one

We loved the services and the terrace and the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The personnel was very kind and attentive to our needs during the entire stay. A lot of recommendations for places to visit and to eat. Don’t miss pizzeria Don Peppino if you book this hotel as well.

The place is quite noisy and busy with scooters coming from everywhere at all times so you have to be really careful when walking, especially if you have a small baby like we do.

I travelled to Napoli with my wife. We have visited many cities in Italy, but surely Hotel Convento gave us the best expierience we ever had. In the heart of the city (Quartieri Spagnoli), just two minutes from the famous Via Toledo and ten minutes walk from Piazza Plebiscito and the historical centre (Spaccanapoli) of Napoli. Friendly people with kindness, comfort and clear room with a wonderful medieval atmosphere and all the modern facilities made Hotel Convento undoubtely the really BEST choice for our stay in Napoli. We stayed here for 3 nights in early October. We chose Il Convento based on previous reviews and boy were they right. The property is great but what made our stay so special was the staff. Their friendliness, attention to detail, helpfulness, etc. can't be overstated. Our room on the top floor had a private terrace which we enjoyed at different times of day. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and the breakfast room has beverages and pastries available 24 hours a day. For us, the location in the hectic Spanish Quarter with its many restaurants and shops was ideal to soak up the atmosphere of the old city while it's only a few minutes walk to Via Toledo which is filled with larger shops, is mostly pedestrianized, and close to the funicular which takes you to the top of city to visit the castle and spectacular views. We will definitely return.

I have only one tiny complaint which is that the bed pillows could have been more comfortable - they tended to flatten out and stay that way. Otherwise - perfect!
