The location was good, you could reach everything from 5-15 minutes. There's also a bus stop right in front of the B&B, if you don't want to walk. It was also near the street Via Vittorio Emanuele, which had a lot of restaurants and led to the harbour or other attractions. Alessandro was a really nice host, and even though he couldn't speak English and we couldn't speak Italian, he tried his best and used google translate :) You could also reach Orsola via WhatsApp for questions. The accommodation is like an apartment with separate rooms, but we had our own private bathroom and there was a kitchen for everyone. The room was clean and we had a nice view from the balcony. The building also had video security so we felt really safe.

If you're a light sleeper you will hear the other guests entering the apartment/their rooms, but we didn't mind :)

Location! Very central to most sights; short walk (10- 15 minutes to Cathedral and port.) Comfortable. Quiet. View of city. Alessandro very welcoming and generously shared information about Palermo sights and eating places using Google Translate. Coffee maker.

Breakfast was disappointing. Croissants in plastic bags…(not fresh)

Very welcoming and friendly hosts, language barrier was no issue with the help of Google Translate. They gave the best restaurant recommendations and ideas on what to see and do while in Palermo. The room itself was perfect, very clean and with beautiful views from the balcony. They provide coffee and snacks in the kitchen also which is a lovely touch. Easy 10 minute walk from the bus/train stations, and walking distance to all the main attractions. Could not ask for a better place to stay in Palermo!

location was perfect. Central to all places of interest- markets, restaurants, monuments. Most of all, our host Alessandro was so kind and helpful advising us of restaurants, excellent cafes for breakfast and local bus trips which were fabulous. Shared kitchen facilities for coffee and snacks were anice touch Many thanks Alessandro. Alla prossima.

Can't think of anything

I got in late because my flight was delayed, the host was super communicative the entire time I made my way there. They even waited up to check me in. He gave me good advice on where to go for dinner nearby. The location was super walkable to the historic downtown of Palermo, literally around the corner. The room had AC and was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly what I was looking for and I really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing, everything was great.

Ai Lattarini House is a great place to stay, very well positioned, has all the amenities you need and the owner Alessandro is a great host. The room where we stayed was big, had good A/C, the bed was comfy and the bathroom had everything we needed: good water pressure, good size and also a bidet. The windows had very good sound proofing from outside's noise, so the room was very quiet. Alessandro gave us a lot of great information and recommendations on what to see and where to eat. We could also leave our luggages in the B&B on the last day because we had a late flight, super helpful. We loved our stay here and hope to go back sometimes in the future.

Everything was good really

Everything - arranging to drop my bags, the room itself, the manager. Even though the rooms are right off a very busy street, when you close the windows they are quiet. Lovely balcony with rooftop view. Alessandro was friendly and very accommodating. I don’t say this about most places I’ve stayed, but Ai Lattarini has my highest recommendation.

It was fine for me to go up and down either way, so this is not a complaint, but you should notice that you need to choose to go up and down either in a small elevator or by four high flights of stairs.

Alessandro was a great host welcoming us and sharing tips for Palermo, the accommodation itself is very central: quattro canti, kalsa, vucciria just a few minutes from the building. The room was very comfortable, even if we only stayed for one night we had a great balcony with views over Palermo. The accommodation also offered a kitchen with refreshments, coffee and sweets was a very nice detail

Al Lattarini was a fantastic place to stay in for a few days in Palermo, it's located less than ten minutes from Palermo Centrale train station, and only a few minutes from the main streets running through the centre of the city. The view from my room was truly picture postcard, the room itself was very spacious, clean, stylish and comfortable. There was also access to a small kitchen area and living room in the building. Alessandro was there to meet me for check in and is exceptionally helpful and friendly host. Highly recommended!

The location was incredible. Very convenient to get to a lot of popular places Palermo has to offer. Would stay here again for sure! The host was so friendly and welcoming, it was comforting to know that he genuinely cared about our experience. The old style elevator was pretty cool too!

There was no body wash or soap provided in the shower. This is the only thing we "didn't like" about our stay. Easily fixed with a trip to one of the two supermarkets within 30m of the accommodation though. Overall, it was a great experience.
