This hotel is a gem. We stayed for 4 nights and hated to leave. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They love their jobs and make sure that you have a great stay. Francesca greeted us on a very early check-in. Lots of information on the city and great recommendations. Our room was fantastic. It was recently renovated and you are located in the center of the city with easy access to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. No need for a car. The room was large, clean, internet excellent and everything was new. Each morning, Alexandro greeted us for our breakfast with excellent espressos and lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and savory food. We are already planning our next Palermo trip and we will return to this hotel. Bravo for an excellent stay and your attention to details.

This place is perfection! Clean, comfortable, welcoming and the best customer service! Parking a great benefit, as well as a delicious breakfast each morning. The location could not be better- smack bang in the middle of the old town (yet still peaceful at night). Our reservation was very last minute due to our plans changing (wild fires cancelled our original accommodation and transport reservations). All staff at this property were very kind and accommodating, with fantastic communication throughout the reservation process. We really hope to stay again one day ❤️ Becca and Dylan Australia

Definitely a fantastic location could walk to all the main attractions and the evenings were fabulous to stroll among the colour and bustle with plenty of delicious food options very close by. Room was smallish but adequate for a couple nights stay. Alessandro the host was very responsive and helpful 😃 The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The hot water pressure was very weak. The airport transfer was not really a transfer but a ride in a friends old car. although she was nice enough! There are several room options to choose from that spill onto a common area where breakfast and coffee is served. Just make sure you know what room you are getting, some are nicer than others.

Location amazing, We arrived early and that was not a problem for early check in. Artwork was impressive and room felt like home. Our balcony was large, but not all balcony's are large.

The bathroom shower leaked Toilet seat in our room broken, we didn't mention this tho it was fine for our 3 nights but probably should be attended to. Housekeeping came late in the afternoon, and we prefer mid morning, so when we come back from being out it was ready - in saying this housekeeping we're lovely.

What a location!! This beautiful B&B is right in the centre of the historic part of Palermo, so it’s fantastic for getting to restaurants, bars, historic sites! Our room was lovely & spacious with some beautiful quirky designs. The breakfast was yummy and you had a lovely couple of balcony’s to sit out on & take in the sounds of Palermos bustling streets. Alessandro was our host and he was amazing from start to finish! So accommodating to your every need and was very hospitable :)

We've spent 7 nights and it really felt as our little home in the heart of Palermo. Location was great, right next to main atractions of Palermo's historical center. Room as cleaned every monring and really made us feel comfortable. Staff was always very friendly, responsive and easy to contact. Wi-fi conncetion was perfect. I worked remotly during the full stay without any issues.

The room was next door to the housekeeping storage room, which was being used all the time and we could hear the noise. Sometimes even at 4am we could hear people going in the next door (not sure why at 4am, but it happen several times).

A great stay! I would highly recommend it. Francesa is a fabulous host. She was in constant communication and very hospitable with us. She gave us some great recommendations for where to eat and what to do in Palermo. The breakfast is also superb! Alessandro is also great - he helped us with parking our car. The location is great and the rooms are spacious!

Everything was good - no complaints.

Location is a 10. Nothing better than this, 2 minutes away from Quattro Canti and everything else you might need. The approach to the room was somewhat complex and the building being a regular condo with other apartments in it is confusing to navigate. Kind staff

The room was compact, some of the fittings were a bit cheap, hooks were coming off the walls in the bathroom, hairdryer very old.

The location was perfect right in the middle of everything, the room was amazing really modern and comfortable as was the bed. Alessandro was really good and very helpful would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Nothing..it was perfect for us Very clean and comfortable and actually although we were on a busy street you couldn't hear anything.

Fantastic location in the middle of the old city with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go including bus and train station. Francesca was lovely, very helpful and thoughtful regarding things that we may like to try for breakfast and she Akzo have us a list of eating and drinking places that she recommended. Comfy and clean apartment with everything that we needed.
